Holiday weekend filled with fun

This house was in the perfect location for us. Easy to walk or drive to many food/drink options, many trails/parks/beaches within 30-45min drives. Yes it’s next to a brewery, but we were there on a holiday weekend and barely heard any noise from it (and they had great cider). House had everything we needed to relax between adventures and it was easy to come and go as needed.

Quiet, comfy and convenient!

This was the perfect spot to be able to spend some time with our son stationed at the base. We had quick, easy access to Paulsbo and Silverdale. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked. I would definitely seek this location out to stay here again. We never heard anyone else!

Clean and Conveniently Located

Cute, clean little house, pretty much exactly as shown in prodile pics. Less than 100 yds from two breweries and one drive-thru coffee stand that also serves a great variety of bfast items. Or drive a couple minutes and be at the heart of quaint downtown Poulsbo.

Nice place, but needed a few minor things taken care of. Sinks didn't drain well (were very slow) and there was a weird smell inside. (Stagnant/Vacant stinky smell).

Nice little hidden cottage

Very spacious and cozy with all the amenities we needed. Heating and plenty of hot water during the cold months. A few drive up coffee spots near by and everyone was friendly. 5 minutes to downtown and few trails and parks to enjoy.

Very nice, and clean!

It was a bit noisy the first night due to activity in the brewery parking lot next door. Also, the last morning at 8am there was a work crew sitting out on the deck. We found this quite inappropriate, since our check out time was not until 10am. They should not have been sitting in our rented space. We were not advised that anyone would be coming to work.

Good for the price

I think for the price this is a fine place to stay. It's fine for a few people. It was very very clean. It seems to be owned by some sort of company, and communication with that company was excellent. I didn't personally really like the location. Being right next to the brew pub meant it was loud on that side of the house at night, so forget about opening the window for a cool breeze. (The other side of the house was surprisingly quiet) Also, it was kind of in the grungy part of Poulsbo and you couldn't really walk anywhere, you had to drive. I mean, except for the brew pub. It was a little cheaper than other places nearby, and the furnishings were appropriate to that price point. For instance, the sheets and towels felt like they had a high polyester content and the table and chairs were cheap and not really comfortable IMO. I didn't sit on the other chairs or sofa so I don't know how they were. Both beds are queens or doubles, so if you were planning a family trip with more than one child, be aware that they would have to share a bed or maybe one would sleep on the sofa? Check in time isn't until 4:00. It has a tiny and very well-maintained little yard. I think a lot of people would like staying here. Me personally, I prefer some place where I can walk to attractions, and I prefer a more upscale feel and natural fibers. I doubt I would stay here again; I'll pay more for a nicer place next time.

Perfect Landing Spot

We stayed here for ten days as we were moving and getting settled in Poulsbo. The property is clean and well stocked, the owners were kind and communicative. The location is great for exploring Poulsbo, or quickly heading out to see the rest of Kitsap. We will definitely recommend this to family and friends who come to visit us!

Cute but not ideal location

The mobile home is nicely refurbished inside to give the appearance of a foundational home. However it is located behind a bar. Meaning weekends are loud at times and traffic can be busy. The house has a ring camera when you walk up and it seems odd because it’s only for the owner to watch us. That was unsettling. The water gets cold in the shower after one shower , so you have to wait an hour for the next person to take one. The kitchen Is ehh.. the house is ok, but not what we had hoped for . Early in the morning the lawn people are out there blowing their machines and waking you up. The home is ok for a quick place to stay but if your looking for a vacation spot I don’t recommend it. The water view is very obstructed. Don’t expect a good view from the home. Even though the pictures make you think otherwise. The furniture needs some updating. I would say 3 out of 5 is a good rate .

Perfect spot for a family getaway!

This home is spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, it’s really convenient to downtown Poulsbo, there really aren’t any neighbors (at least not close enough to see/hear), and communication with the owners was great. They even reached out with restaurant recommendations, etc. And our kids loved all of the blackberry bushes nearby, we had all sorts of blackberry dishes. We would definitely stay here again (and may, as we all loved the town, the foodie among us went nuts for the Burrata Bistro & Paella Bar).

Wonderful house

This is the second time we stayed at this house in Poulsbo, WA. It is very spacious with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In addition it has a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The town of Poulsbo is very cute and Silverdale has plenty of shopping. We would definitely recommend this house.
