The amenities were great. We enjoyed our stay. Host provides beach chair, beach umbrella. Facility and pool were all very nice and grills are wonderful for cooking. Thanks again for everything.

Michael our host went above and beyond considering the weather conditions that we experienced. He helped us reach the condo with road closures due to flooding and even assisted with getting our luggage into the condo. The condo was more than well equipped with everything we needed for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Despite the bad weather, we were able to still enjoy some long walks along the beach. We would recommend staying here and wish those that follow, have better weather than we did.

The beach was amazing, all lounge equipment provided. The pool is a great size on the way to the beach. Just minutes from dining and easy to get to the hot spots.

Host was very responsive, even offered to take us paddle boarding. Great location right on the beach. Had AC in each room - which was great for muggy weather. Would happily stay here again!

This is the second time staying in this building, different unit. It doesn’t disappoint. If you’re looking for the night life, this is not the place. Very low key, directly on the beach. We rent a car and get to all the “hot” spots while enjoying a peaceful place to stay, usually asleep by 8pm.

This rental was so accommodating, comfy, and a great location. There is beach access and a beautiful bbq patio. The rental was clean and offered plenty of space to live. The kitchen is also fully stocked with appliances which was great for baking, cooking, making smoothies, etc.

The unit is located on Sugar Beach in Kihei. The beach access is great and the location is central to getting to all of the Kihei retail establishments (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). The pool was great and a good option for when the afternoon winds picked up and made the beach uncomfortable (sands kicked up, waves, currents, etc.). The unit itself had everything we needed for a great stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

This property is beach front affordable and quaint with only 50 units. I spend my days off watching the sunset from the beach side lawn fronting the condo. 100 steps, front door to the sand with no streets to cross.

No crowds, laid back, beach front relaxation.
I vacationed on the beach yearly as a child with my family. I understand the children still playing in the ocean and on the beach as darkness falls.
No need to trek to the elevator and back as the stairs outside the condo front door go down one flight to your car parked below.
