Great house for a relaxing February getaway

This home was clean and convenient. It was located across the street from the Gulf. We were there February the beach was not busy so it was so relaxing & enjoyable. The rooftop deck was so nice in the morning for sunrise & evening for sunset. The pool was warm on chilly evenings. We shared the home with another couple. We had plenty of room. I contacted the manager once and she was very quick to respond. This home was located close to many restaurants & shops. The neighborhood felt safe.

Perfect Stay

The house is located in a perfect location. A half a block from the beach. Free bus service was convenient even with a stroller. The pool and hot tub made for a perfect night in.

Wonderful

We loved our stay!! The only things we would say is that there needs to be more cooking pans and maybe updated beds? No one in our group slept great, but other than that our stay was amazing! Great area! Would for sure come back!

Perfect place, perfect stay!

This rental is the perfect size for a group of 3 couples, 6 adults. Everything that we needed for a 4 night trip was available for use in the home. We visited the beach every day and there were chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and a beach wagon to haul it in. The walk to the beach was right across the street and we were able to easily have a morning walk to see the sunrise, have a full beach day and come back for sunset. We were close to the grocery store, restaurants and the gas station but at the same time the location of this rental wasn’t in the busy areas. The pool at the rental was perfect for an after beach calm retreat. Even though the home was 3 levels, the air conditioning worked amazing. Each room had very comfortable beds and we were happy that they were all Queen or King size. There were also 3 full bathrooms, so each couple could have their own. It was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway … a retreat to paradise!

Nice place and good location

We had a great time. The location is nice with the beach access about 100 yards away. The pool was nice and the location is about 1 mile from great restaurants. Not crazy about bedrooms on one floor and kitchen/den on another. Only issue we had was a terrible sulfur, sewer smell the last night and morning. We reached out to owner and he just said to run water and it would go away. Did not work. Hope they get it fixed. Overall, we had a nice trip and enjoyed our stay.

Good location, photos didn't represent the main living on 3rd floor

The photos didn't show the doors are missing from the closets, the shower tile smelled like mold but is so dark it's hard to see if they are clean or not, uncomfortable beds and one sink in the master bath was clogged. We had our elderly parents with us. When entering the home on the garage level, there are a full set of stairs to get to the 2nd floor, which has all the bedrooms. There is another full set of stairs to reach the 3rd floor that has the kitchen and main living areas. The stairs were very difficult for our elderly parents. There is an elevator, but they were afraid to use it with fear of getting stuck inside.

We had a great time on AMI. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate at all. We did not get one beach day! We still had a memorable time on the island. We loved the pool and hot tub and used it a lot! We will definitely be staying here again! 😎

Great location

As described the beach was 200 steps...the wagon, chairs and umbrellas made the beach easy. Hot tub and pool were great at end of day. The trolley stop was so close, so a car is not needed...will stay here again.

Great times!

We had the most relaxing time at this beautiful, well furnished and clean home! It has a lovely pool and hot tub. The beach was a short walk and fairly private. The children had a blast finding sand dollars and shells! For those of us who didn't like the stairs there was an elevator that made it very convenient to get to the upstairs levels! We will be back!

AMAZING stay BEAUTIFUL home!

This home does not disappoint. It is clean and bright. The rooftop views are lovely. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and comfortable. We had a garage for our vehicle, a huge kitchen for meals. And having the pool and hot tub to use made our stay a most memorable one! In addition, the location was perfect as you have the semi private beach (uncrowded) and we found the best local Restaurants and bars for some late night fun. Most importantly the couple of times we reached out to the contact person they responded almost immediately and the owner even stopped by to fulfill a request that was very unexpected! We loved our stay and would love to return! Highly recommend this home for your family vacation!
