Perfect

This is my second time staying at this property, and I hope to be able to again. Sunrises, sunsets, beautiful beach, clean saltwater pool, quiet complex, comfortable living space, nothing I don’t like about this place. Close proximity to downtown St. Petersberg is a bonus as well.

Lands End

The condo was beautifully decorated yet practical. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and a cooler! We were close to restaurants and shopping. About six o’clock if you sit on the back deck you will see dolphins and manatees swimming out to the gulf. Highly recommend this condo for your vacation stay.

Beautiful condo

We had to find a new place since our condo on FMB was destroyed by the hurricane. We found this place last minute and loved the recent renovations. Quiet condo association and lots of amenities. Music across the waterway is loud at night but didn’t bother us. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Beach Escape

This was our second year staying at this property. The location is great, beach was relaxing and the area fits us perfectly. The property is beautifully landscaped and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The property is currently undergoing some maintenance, but the management made is as painless as possible. We did encounter some issues, not related to the condo itself, however the rental company seemed attentive to our issues and promised to have them addressed.

Just right

Overall property was well maintained and enjoyable. I would note that the sofa was not a fully functioning sofa sleeper as noted in description. Also something that was a bit of a disappointment was across the bay there is a restaurant bar and even with door shut you can still hear the music (sometimes inappropriate lyrics) until early hours into the morning. Other than that this was a great place to stay and great vacation. I would definitely stay at lands end again.

良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション
Condo was clean and as pictured. Area of beach was rather secluded and quiet which was wonderful given how busy the beaches can get. Bathrooms were exceptional with rain heads and hand held showers. Host was communicative and sent all appropriate information. Property areas were well kept, secure and peaceful. It is important to note that this condo faces the interior waterway looking at several bar restaurants. The music was exceptionally loud filling the condo space even with doors and windows closed. We were not able to enjoy the outside air while in the condo due to the noise in the later hours of the day / evening.Supplies are very limited, making guests go out to purchase many items not typical in past VRBO stays. Garbage bags, dish washing pods, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, etc. The pillows were awful and we had to purchase new that were left behind because we couldn’t fly with them. Not enough towels to last through a 9 day stay, causing us to have to do laundry multiple times while on vacation. Also had to register car /pay 50 fee at time of arrival for parking. Parking is in good location near elevator and covered.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, Shannon. We’re delighted to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness, secluded beach area, and exceptional bathrooms. It’s great to know that you found the property well-kept and secure. We’re sorry about the noise from nearby establishments and the supply shortages you experienced. We appreciate your comments and will work on improving these aspects. Your feedback is invaluable, and we hope to welcome you back for a more enjoyable stay at 4-402 Lands End.

Excellent

I looked at pictures online but when I actually got there it blew me away! The condo was very clean and very spacious! Completely updated and had beautiful finishes. The view from our balcony was incredible! We saw dolphins and manatees every morning! The water was crystal clear. We had access to pool and beach. We had a washer and dryer which was very convenient. I just didn’t like that we had to pay $10 a day if we had a visitor but it wasn’t the end of the world. I would deff recommend and deff stay there again! 10/10

Beautifully renovated condo

Very beautiful and well maintained property with an outstanding private beach. This unit has been renovated and they did everything right. The security and check-in process was a little rough as they seemed overwhelmed, but considering the times it’s understandable. Honestly, the only drawback to this unit was the constant noise from a bar/restaurant that sits directly across the waterway. The management assured me they would be reaching out to the city regarding the late night noise violations so I will take them at their word and would rent here again. The unit and property are both very much worth it.

A great condo and welcome week away from freezing temps in the northeast

Well decorated and equipped 2bd/2ba condo next to the beach. Great kitchen, comfy beds and spacious bath in a gated community with assigned private parking. TV remotes were a small puzzle i figured out! Cleanliness was less than stellar. The bathrooms had mildew issues on arrival. It may have been idle and not rented for a while? We cleaned it ourselves to our standards at any rate. This seems to be a norm with private rentals cleaned by corporate vacation companies. Despite that part of it, I would definitely book again in the future based on overall quality and location!

Another Amazing Stay!

This condo is exactly as listed. Close to shops, restaurants, John’s Pass but just far enough down the road to feel like you are away from the traffic. The place is much more beautiful than the pictures show. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and everything in working order. The grounds are immaculate, the people we encountered are very friendly and helpful. We were two couples and had plenty of room for all of our belongings, and then some. We had a view of the canal and saw dolphins. The beach is clean and safe. The pool is gorgeous and maintained. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, pool toys, cooking utensils and all updated appliances. This condo took care of our every need. This was our 2nd visit to this condo and we plan to return. Thank you Charles!

Treasure Island 2024

Booked two weeks at this property and we had never stayed on Treasure Island/Sunset each area. Property was very well taken care of. Great pool and two hot tubs. Condo was very comfortable for two mature couples and had everything we needed. Outside on a minor inconvenience for a washing machine repair everything was great. Property Management was outstanding with their communications with us before, during and after our stay. Music from across Blind Pass channel was not an issue and we enjoyed listening to it nightly. If patio sliding doors closed not noticeable inside unit. Many restaurants/attractions within an easy drive. Would consider staying at this condo in future. Ron D.

Spring Break Trip

Beautiful Condo!! Saw several units, this one was far superior to others. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, bathrooms updated and beautiful, plenty of towels, beach towels were nice as well. Keyless entry is a bonus. The grounds are neat and clean, really nice large pool. Room was not ready at 4:00 as promised but I think it was a miscommunication with cleaning service. The bar music across the way is not bad at all, ends early and it was enjoyable sitting on the balcony listening. We found the dog walkers at the beach below the unit a little less enjoyable with barking dogs. Enjoyed walking the boardwalk around the complex each morning. Beach is lovely and not crowded like most resorts. Good location for families, not as great for a group of high school boys as far as convenience to restaurants and John's Pass.
