Our host was very communicative and easy to get in touch with. The property itself was in good condition and had a great location just a two minute walk to the beach.

Dorado beach vacay with the fam

It is a lovely place with a great view. The hosts were attentive to my needs, even left me a gift for my birthday, and gave me detailed suggestions for my whole family's particular needs. They were attentive during my stay and everything was very clear. I loved the other families in the complex and it was a perfect beach for my kids. I would live there if I could! Thank you for everything.

Beach front Oasis's

We had a wonderful time! Everything we needed was there, coolers, beach towels, beach chair, etc. very cozy and comfortable! We loved the patio and the pool!

Excellent stay in Puerto Rico

Hosts were super helpful and check in process was easy. Location was great and home was as advertised in pictures. A lot of nice touches around the holidays with Christmas decorations.

The Best place by far.

I loved the location in a beautiful gated community. The house was clean and the rooms was perfected for my family. WiFi, and the pool was awesome the kids loved it. Across the street from the beach, close to the supermarket and shopping area. Beautiful restaurants and fast food spots. A Walgreens 5 minutes away just in case. And what can I tell you about the owner Janelle and the host Inaru, they respond to your phone calls and texts as fast. It your planning a family trip this is the place to go. I will return.

Relaxing Family Vacation

We truly enjoyed our time at Alma Marina. It was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Wifi and air conditioning worked great. The property manager was very responsive. We appreciated all of the great suggestions for restaurants and activities!

Nice , modern and clean ,but very very small beach

The condo was clean and newly remodeled. The pool was nice and Inaru was very attentive to everything including the unfortunate leak in the extra water tank. Unfortunately the beach was very very small and we have to drive to a different one down the street. Also, we had to pay for a gym 30 minutes away because a gym was listed as one of the amenities,but there wasn't one. The location was not ideal. We had about 30- 45 minute drive to everything except the grocery store. Very quiet and the locals were very kind.

A complete gem

This location was super cute and convenient. I loved the thought put into the apartment. Thank goodness for the air conditioning. The location was a little hard to find but the gist was available to assist me when needed!

A lovely condo in close proximity to beaches and Old San Juan

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The location is ticked away inside a gated community with easy drives to beaches and Old San Juan. Also a good location to make day trips to the West of the island. We enjoyed all of PR!

Amazing trip to Puerto Rico!

Our trip was amazing! It is our third and best trip to Puerto Rico! The condo was great in everything: layout, quality, price, location to town and to the beach. Inaru is a great manager!

Don’t forget the key!!

Great spot, clean and well furnished just as the listing describes. I had read others notes about security but wasn’t clear on what it all meant. There are very good instructions for initial checkin and house manager is very helpful. Just be prepared with patience to follow all the steps in correct order. But once there be prepared to travel as a group for the entire stay. You need a key to leave property and a key to return. A key to enter pool and a key to leave pool. There is one key. We were six adults and didn’t always want to come and go like children going on a field trip. That is my only complaint for an otherwise lovely property but it likely means I won’t return.

A wonderful stay

Our stay for 2 weeks at Villa Alma Marina were exactly as described, and pretty much in line with many of the previous comments from past guests. Janelle was an outstanding host, providing us all that we needed for a super vacation. For our family, the villa was well located. You could choose the well maintained pool, or take a long stroll on the local beach. I loved that we were not that far from old San Juan and the airport. (35-40 minutes) The villa had all that we needed, and plenty of space for a very relaxing vacation. Restaurants, the supermarket and other stores are a quick drive, with lots of choice. We chose local cuisine, and there are plenty of options. Overall, as stated, a wonderful stay.

Thanksgiving getaway

Excellent stay! Walking distance to the beach. Calm neighborhood. Many ammenities. Narrow stairs ti the second and third floor, whichnwas no problem for us, but could be an issue with older guests or those with mobility difficulties. Very clean and comfortable. Totally recommend it and will probably book again. Super easy check in and out process and very good communication with property manager.

Great location

This is a 3 story condo which I did not realize when I booked it. The outside doesnt look as nice as the pictures but the inside is immaculate. Yes! There are a lot of rules but most of them are common sense ones like not sitting on the couch with wet clothers. The manager communicated consistently with me. The area is very safe and the beach across the street is beautiful and very popular.

Perfect island vacation for family with toddlers

The booking process was easy and from the beginning our host did everything to make us feel welcome and let us know how the house could accommodate our toddler. The house rules were supplied in advance, information on local restaurants and groceries too. Checkin was easy. Lockbox and clear videos supplied made it all easy! The beach was about 300 yards from our front door and the cove provided a great calm beach that our almost 2 could enjoy beach and water play. Wish the playground unlocked before 9am for when we were tryi mg to occupy the little one so her parents could sleep in but the fountain path provided a good distraction.
