Holiday stay at Encanterra

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I was there from before Thanksgiving through end of year and was able to participate in some of the Holiday fun at Encanterra. Property was exactly as advertised, and Angel was a delight to work with!

Great House!

Very impressed being our first Vrbo experience. The house was setup perfectly, the kitchen had everything to cook a gourmet meal. House was very clean and comfortable we had great stay. Doug & Anita

Great property!

Loved the floor plan in this updated property. My only negative, and this is my fault, This property is pretty far from everything. I struggled daily with Uber’s. I know this is the busiest time of the year but it was hard to participate in all the amenities due to the large demand. Angel is an awesome host!

Wonderful

We stayed for 6 weeks this January/February. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Loved using the bikes and walking the community trails. The resort is superb. To that end we decided to by our own house in the resort. We’ll be moving in about a month from now. I highly recommend you give this a try. The people are super friendly and there are so many things to do. Thank you Angel!

Wonderful stay

Encanterra is a wonderful neighborhood and has everything you ever wanted. Home is lovely and very well appointed. Angel was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend it.

Queen Creek 2019

Best experience we have encountered in several years. The home was lovely, clean, comfortable furniture & beds; and it was furnished with all the basics which made it so much easier cook. The owner is very helpful & responsive also. The development is amazing too-multiple pools, restaurants, classes for participation & beautifully maintained. Necessary shopping is nearby & great restaurants within a reasonable distance. We could ask for nothing more & hope we can get back there in the future!

A First Class Home In A High-End Golf Resort

The home is in new condition and extremely well equipped and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the Encantera resort lifestyle and appreciated the high cleanliness standard of the home and appliances. The resort is a secure and high-end facility with several excellent restaurants, pools, pickle ball courts and golf. The owners could not have been more accommodating and responded quickly to our questions. There is ample shopping minutes from the property. We are experienced Snowbird renters and this property was the best we have seen and fully met our needs as well as exceeding our expectations.

Wonderful rental property

We had a great time staying at this property in Encanterra. We have been coming to Arizona for about the last 6-7 years and staying for around 2-3 months each time. This year was great and we really liked this particular area. Lots of things to do and wonderful surroundings. Would highly recommend this rental property!!

Julien Lavergne and Angel Koniuck are the property owners. We live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. We enjoy vacationing at our Encanterra home and look forward to spending our retirement winters there one day.

We had owned a home in a nearby community for 5 years. It was a lovely home but the community did not have a pool, tennis courts, or fitness facilities. In 2015, we looked at many communities in the East Valley. Nothing compared to what Encanterra had to offer. Not only does Encanterra have two resort style pools, one of which is adult only, an outdoor lap pool, an indoor pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness facilities that include group classes, golf, and numerous activity clubs, but also amazing staff. We found our new Arizona home.
