Property was close and handy to both beaches, yard/s were great for our doggo (Molly).House was clean and tidy with plentiful kitchen items. Great stay!!

Great place to stay for humans and pets

Tilly's Retreat was an excellent property and felt like a real home. It was clean and tidy with games and games space for the kids which kept them entertained on our one day of bad weather. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and the outdoor deck with BBQ was great for meals with the sound of crashing waves in the background. Our two dogs were safe and secure in the yard and loved the two dog friendly beaches located a short walk from the property. Only recommendation would be to add a mirror in in the back bedroom or laundry/2nd toilet to help manage with single bathroom. We would choose to stay at this property again.

Close to the beach and comfy

House was comfortable and had enough space for all the family to be apart and come back together. Just around the block is the beach that is great for long walks and dogs!

South Coast Break

The property was in a nice location , unfortunately after 3 weeks of rain beaches were dirty. Our dog love it though. Just ask on an off chance if the lawns could be mowed as due to excessive the rainfall. Suprisingly enough they got cut on Saturday ,which was great for the kids & dog to play. We all had a good break.

Perfect place

We and our dog loved the place it was perfect it had everything you could want and then some more . The owners have put little thoughtful touches such as spices and condiments as well as a few Lavaza pods . I especially loved the gates on the property that we could lock the dog of in sections to keep them safe and out of the way . We look forward to returning soon .

Fantastic

Had a great time with the kids, the house was perfectly fitted out for our needs, good sized backyard and a garage full of toys for the adults and kids. Kitchen was stocked with all those bits and pieces you need (or forgot!) available in the cupboards. The best part is the location - walking distance to two beaches and the new playground up the road. We’ll be back!

Had such a lovely time at Tilly’s retreat. The property is spacious, and has a great outdoor area. Our little one loved it, as did our two pups. The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen (appliances and dining ware) which made it easy to cook meals. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Birthday getaway

We had a great experience at the property, was exactly as listed...great proximity to the beach for taking our dog for beach runs and then walks for coffee. The house was great and worked well for two families. The outdoor space was perfect. We had a pretty poor weather weekend yet that didn’t seem to bother us as we had plenty to do at the house. Thanks again, hopefully we will be back.

Great location for a family holiday ! The sound of the ocean, short walk to beach - recharge & relax

Not a great start - property management were abrupt when we needed help with access - no screen door key. Once inside we made ourselves at home, including our 17 year old beagle. Lovely weather over 4 days - lots of exploring. Thank you for sharing your holiday home, would certainly recommend !

Ideal for quiet stay with dog

Very well recently renovated holiday cottage. Light filled and cosie. 3 minutes walk to beach and walking distance to shops. Well equipped kitchen and nice Weber BBQ.

Well equipped and close to beach

The property was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our puppy enjoyed roaming around in the backyard and at Culburra Beach which was only a few minutes drive from the house.

A well appointed stylish house

Great house for our family of 4 and dog. Large undercover outdoor areas which were great as the weather was not our friend. Definitely want to come back.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
