SUGARLOAF on mountain - Best Place For The Money!

This is a full house, tons of sleeping room and bathrooms to host larger groups and families. We have it priced so even a small group can enjoy a large spacious house. SHUTTLE ROUTE: Can be the first spot to pick up which would be 10min shuttle to the base. Or last pickup which is 7 minutes to the base so real convenient! Large back yard, 8 private parking spots, large farmers porch and full kitchen. Open concept to entertain with flat screens and Sonos speakers all around! We have an XL newer hot tub, that is open year round. During Summer, it is HOT on the mountain so we have heat pumps throughout so it’s cool. Back yard has a smokeless firepit. We are on the golf cours, near hiking trails the new biking course and all that Sugarloaf had to offer.

Off duty Massachusetts ski patrollers enjoying a last bit of spring snow

Place is comfy and easy to find. We stayed for 3 days of spring skiing followed by hot tub and home cooking. Place was perfect for our needs.

Fall Motorcycle Trip

Stayed at the house for our fall ride. 300 miles up and back. 7 of us altogether ages 55-58. Check in was great, but nothing will beat the pre-heated hot tub and a clean comfortable bed after 9 hour day on the motorcycle. Can't wait to hopefully go back again.

Wonderful stay

The. condo is very well laid out and the 3 couples in my family each had their own floor. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was clean and well set up. We would love to come back next year.

Great stay near Sugarloaf!

Michael’s place was great for our weekend at Sugarloaf! It easily accommodated our party of 6 and was excellent for entertaining! The hot tub and fire pit made for relaxing nights, and you can’t argue with the scenery—especially in October (peak leaf!). Great place to call home base after your adventures in the mountains!

Great house, location and privacy!

This house is perfect for a large family or group. Michael is a very responsive host. Plenty of comfortable sleeping options, open living to bring everyone together, and a great fire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy in the evening. Highly recommend for any visit to the Sugarloaf area.

Couldn’t have found a better place!

House is absolutely massive! Everything we needed was readily available to us. Location was perfect. Cannot speak highly enough of the host - communication and accommodations to our requests were promptly responded to and made our stay even that much easier. The outdoor entertainment options of the fire pit and hot tub are just icing on the cake. Thank you so much! Hope to come back someday.

Perfect location for our weekend golf trip! House was clean, updated, and the perfect size for our group of 8 people. Fire pit, hot tub, big screen tv's, and large deck/porch are added benefits! Would stay here again and would recommend this location to others.
