Great location, nice house and excellent service from the management services team. (microwave broke, great response, it was replaced writhing 24 hours! ) The house is in need of a little extra tlc, all small stuff, however nothing that stopped us from having a great family time. The pool area is large, the owner should consider some small refurbishment of the paving around the pool. The outside tv was great, outside eating area and BBQ perfect.All round a good place to stay,

Awesome layout for a family vacation

We loved the house . I picked this one over others because of the pool and back patio set up. We spent most of our time outside it was lovely. The beds were great and the house had lots of room for everyone. Very well set up to make the entire family happy.

A Magical stay!

The views were absolutely fabulous! The whole outside area was where we lived during our 8 day stay. The beds were all comfy. The house was very clean and we found everything we needed. The pool was a little bit of a battle but the management company answered our questions promptly. We would highly recommend this home to any vacationers! It was everything they said it was and more! P.S. use bug spray if you sit on the pier, a couple of us got noseeum bites.

great waterfront vaca house

It was a really great location, fantastic view, great dock, good house, nice pool, lots of parking, great wildlife viewing area.Drawbacks: There were a lot of weeds in the tile around the pool. The grill had a little to be desired. The upstairs bedroom on the front of the house had no boxsprings on the bed, the shower would not adjust, and the sink stayed clogged. The hot tub needs to be updated!

Wonderful week

We could not have asked for a better location to enjoy time with our family for my parent’s 50th anniversary. The property was beyond what we could’ve asked for. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed to cook with. The property manager was very thoughtful and helped us right away with any questions we had. We were able to rent a pontoon boat and dock it at the house which was really fun. The air hockey, pool table and ping pong were a hit with the kids. Such a fun week together. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

Beautiful property

The property/house was the perfect fit for our family of 10. We have 3 married kids and 2 teens and this house fit everyone perfectly. Plenty of space to spread out and everyone sit around the tables inside and outside. Pool and outdoor patio was perfect. Our only complaint which is more on the rental company than the property is that it sleeps 10 but charges you extra for added guests past 4. I feel that's something I would have wanted to know when I was booking. Seems ridiculous but we needed something to hold 10 so we just paid it. Beautiful house though with plenty of space. We would book again.

Our family enjoyed our stay! The house was great for our multi-generational group, and the photos are very accurate.The highlight is the spectacular view. Being close to the Westin with water views left and right is fantastic. Sitting on the lanai looking across the pool into the water is truly beautiful. We also loved the extra touches: the indoor game table, outdoor ping pong, and beach chairs in the garage were very helpful.Being a big house, it could use some fine-tuning. A few bathroom outlets didn't work, and the downstairs shower head could use replacing. It's a nice and big house, and you can tell it gets rented a lot. It’s not the end of the world—we really enjoyed our stay—but a day of maintenance would make it perfect.The utility tracking was a bit of a downside. After checking in past midnight and finally getting to bed at 1 AM, I received a text from management at 7:30 AM asking for a meter photo, which wasn't ideal after such a late night. Additionally, despite keeping the AC at the suggested 73 degrees and not touching the pool heater, we still had a 29 overage for our 4-night stay. It’s not a huge deal, just our first time paying extra for electricity.On a positive note, management was extremely helpful. Our plans changed, and they allowed a late checkout for a small fee. We highly appreciated their flexibility!

Great outdoor space

We enjoyed fishing swimming and boating. Are teenagers we're able to catch a number of different fish. Are younger kids enjoyed the pool, as did everyone else. We had a few issues that popped up during our stay and were quickly addressed by our property manager.

We loved the home and the amenities.

We loved the home and the amenities. Our kids loved the pool and the TVs in their rooms as well as the air hockey table and ping pong table. We really enjoyed the dock area on the canal and fished nightly. Our son caught quite a few small fish. The linens were in good condition. It would be nice to have more chairs for the beach. The ones in the home are not in the best condition and there weren’t very many. Another thing helpful for a day at the beach would be a small cooler. We got along fine without it though. We didn’t really like the banner on the dock that announced it was a vacation home either. Those are the only 3 things that I would recommend. Overall it was a great experience and we will hopefully be back! Vanessa was extremely friendly and easy to work with. If we come back to the area, we will definitely book through Vesteva again.
