We are located in a small hamlet in the village of Radonić, in the heart of Dalmatian Zagora, in the immediate vicinity of the Krka National Park.

The family farm has a long tradition of farming and animal husbandry.

In addition to domestic products, since 2022 we have enriched our offer with accommodation for our guests.

In the newly renovated apartments, in addition to the autochthonous traditional atmosphere, we also offer fully equipped and modern accommodation for your pleasant stay.

Visit us and spend unforgettable moments enjoying the beauty and charm of Dalmatian Zagora.

All our accommodation units have a flat-screen TV, Internet Wi-Fi, a terrace with a view of the garden, and in the common yard there is a swimming pool, a children's playground, a barbecue area and a parking space.

In addition to accommodation, we also offer homemade meals and drinks on request for our guests.

You will enjoy the newly renovated accommodation with the possibility of using the new swimming pool within the apartment.

We are in the immediate vicinity of the Krka National Park, the Čikola river canyon, not far from us are the town of Drniš, the town of Skradin, while the town of Šibenik with its cultural sights and gastronomic offer is only 15 km away. Although we are in the heart of Dalmatian Zagora, the first sea beach is only 20 km away.

We are surrounded by bicycle paths, and for guests who want adventure, there is also the ZipLine Šibenik over the Čikola canyon.

For guests arriving by plane at Split or Zadar airport, it is possible to arrange transportation to the house at an additional cost.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property in Croatia. The location is peaceful and relaxing, yet conveniently close to Šibenik, Split, Zadar, and Trogir. Just 25 minutes away, the stunning beach of Zaboric is perfect for families.The property features a lovely garden filled with vines, fresh fruits, and vegetables, and the pool was a fantastic spot to enjoy the sunny days. It truly offers everything you need for a perfect family stay.Ivan and his family are outstanding hosts !

dreamlike holiday apartment

We had a wonderful holiday with Ivan and his family. We were given a very friendly welcome on the day of our arrival. We were also regularly provided with fresh fruit and eggs from the farm. We were also given lots of tips for places to visit and were able to chat to the hosts again and again. The apartment was very clean and in very good and modern condition. We were also able to use the pool at any time and have a great time. We are really very enthusiastic about the accommodation and of course the host family and have taken them to our hearts. Ivan and his family made it possible for us to have a wonderful and unforgettable holiday. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend the accommodation. :)

Fantastische tijd gehad. Heerlijk appartement met alles erop en eraan. Modern, schoon en netjes. Er ontbreekt werkelijk niets. AC in beide ruimtes, Smart TV, Vaatwasser echt alles is aanwezig en van goede kwaliteit. Hele vriendelijke en lieve familie. We komen zeker nog een keertje terug! Bedankt Ivan en fam! Merveilleux séjour!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille. Le cadre est magnifique, piscine au bord des vignes... L'appartement etait très propre et très bien équipé. Ivan et sa famille sont très accueillant et extrêmement chaleureux. Ivan nous a egalement conseillé des lieux à visiter, cascades, plages... Il nous a offert des fruits et legumes de son jardin. Appartement confortable, calme, propre et propriétaires adorables

Appartement bien situé, proche de plusieurs sites touristiques tout en étant au calme de la campagne, avec une piscine au milieu des vignes et du potager. L'appartement est joli, fonctionnel et confortable. Un accueil familial et très sympathique. Merci encore pour les légumes.

L'accueil que nous avons reçu à notre arrivée a été en tous points remarquable. Merci à Ivan, sa femme et leurs parents pour leur sourire et gentillesse au quotidien. L'appartement est magnifique, très propre et fonctionnel. Sa situation nous permet de nous balader entre les magnifiques parcs, bords de mer, villes et villages. Superbe hébergement, endroit fantastique pour se reposer et s'amuser. Emplacement à proximité de la mer, idéal pour visiter Sibenik, Krka et ses cascades, Split, Zadar et la jolie Croatie. Appartement joliment décoré, très propre, tout équipé comme chez soi. Accueil très chaleureux avec apéritif et rafraichissement, fruits et légumes locaux tout au long de notre séjour. Tant de bienveillance et de générosité nous ont touché droit au coeur. Nous sommes partis avec les yeux mouillés. Impatient de retrouver la jolie petite famille d'Ivan. Encore mille merci .

Unser Gastgeber hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns seinen eigenen Wein zum verkosten gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr konfortabel, der Pool lädt zum baden ein und frisches Obst kann man sich selber pflücken, sehr nett. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, allerdings waren wir froh über die Klimaanlage. Ende Juli war es sehr heiss in der Gegend. Den Krka- Nationalpark kann man in kurzer Zeit erreichen, 10min mit dem Auto, das Meer in 20min.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dès notre arrivée grâce à l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires Cadre magnifique , piscine au top nichée dans les vignes … calme et sérénité au rendez vous Les propriétaires sont très bienveillants, aux petits soins … conseils pour les visites, jolies paniers de légumes frais… Le logement est tres propre, neuf et très bien équipé Merci à Ivan et sa famille pour ces superbes vacances en Croatie 🇭🇷

Top Unterkunft

Schon vor der Ankunft hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Präzise Wegbeschreibung zum etwas versteckt gelegenen Anwesen, super nette und um die Gäste bemühte Familie, die uns auch immer wieder mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten versorgt hat. Vielen Dank! Tolle neue Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet. Ankommen und wohlfühlen. Sogar das Schlafsofa hatte eine zusätzliche Topper- Matratze und war super bequem. Große Terrasse, großer Pool, ruhige Lage, schöne Umgebung. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Danke für alles!

Sehr zu empfehlen !!!!

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war Spitze. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Die Lage war ruhig, genau wie wir es mögen und alles war in kurzen Wegen zu erreichen. Fazit : wann immer möglich reisen wir gern wieder dahin !!!! Grüße aus Thüringen Thomas und Mandy
