Had a great stay here. Easy check in, very nice home, lots of parking areas. Kitchen is very spacious. We were able to host a nice dinner here. Would stay here again.

Birthday Party

This was a great stay, was able to host a 30th birthday party and had a blast. Plenty of room inside and outside. Clean home and fully stocked kitchen. Great communication with the host overall. Loved the stay!

The place was fantastic and Cheryl was very accommodating. My reservation had a large amount of guests and they provided extra blankets.

So so relaxing!!

The house was just right for our family! So cozy, and family-friendly. Cheryl was so kind, she accommodated our family perfectly. Very responsive with communication. We will definitely be using her and her homes in the future!

Wonderful experience

I was very please with our stay. Beautiful home. It was my first time booking a home. Did not know what to expect and was very nervous. Dealing with the owner was very simple and she will respond if I had a question real fast. My experience was amazing for being my first time.

Huge Disappointment

We had to make our own beds. The owner had to come give us pillowcases. The back door was not secure and the dishwasher was broken

Arrived to no air conditioning on when it was over 100 degrees outside and inside was horribly hot and very old system took long time to cool house…for a house that sleeps 12 we were only left with 6 towels..dishwasher broken..no paper towels.

Absolutely amazing!

This property was extremely clean upon arrival. The house was fresh and nice music playing. There were lots of tags around stating what is where which was helpful. The owner has lots of things around that you can use in case you forgot your own. Each room was spacious, comfy, clean and nice. I used this property to rent for my baby’s baptism and the space in the back was perfect for around 50-60 guests! Plus lots of driveway space as well. We did not have live music or a DJ but we had a loud speaker, no complaints were given by neighbors which was very cool. The day of check out we made sure to try and put everything as clean as it was the day we checked in. Cheryl was always community with us which was amazing! I have no complaints in this home at all. 10 out of 10 super recommend it!

Comfortable and Clean

We had driven from Las Vegas early that morning, spent all day at Knott’s Berry Farm, and then drove to the rental. We were beyond exhausted by the time we got there and Cheryl had left the light on for us. Everything was as advertised and we were so grateful to come in and finally rest! The home was decorated so nicely—warm and inviting. Very comfortable atmosphere. Even all the teenagers liked it and our younger girls enjoyed time with the bunny in the back yard. Great location and quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent with Cheryl again—very attentive, kind, thoughtful. Thank you again Cheryl for letting us stay and for making us feel like we were home!

The house was cute, interaction with the property manager was good. Had to get sheets and blankets delivered. Dinning room was great, ping pong table was nice. We got the house so we could cook for our family funeral, and the top oven did not work. The dishwasher also didn't work. The cleanliness was not to our expectations, trash and recycling was full, the grass had been mowed, but the walks had not been blown off.

Cheryl is the best
