I am a London-based professional and this flat is my own home. I occasionally share it with guests when I am away. I value calm, cleanliness and a comfortable living space, -and I look after the flat carefully.
I enjoy hosting because I like people to feel settled and at ease, not just “staying somewhere”. I respect guests’ privacy but I am always happy to help with practical information if needed. I ask that guests treat the flat with the same care and respect as they would their own home.

Queens Gardens is a quiet, well-kept street in a very central part of London. I chose this area because it feels peaceful while still being close to everything.
Hyde Park is just a short walk away and there are excellent transport links nearby, including Paddington, Lancaster Gate, Bayswater and Queensway stations. You can walk to Notting Hill, Marble Arch and Oxford Street, or travel easily to other parts of London. It is a safe, convenient and pleasant area to live in.

This flat is not a standard short-term rental. It is a real home that is well looked after and thoughtfully furnished. The original wood features give the space a warm, almost Tudor-style feel, which makes it feel characterful and different from modern apartments.
The flat is arranged over two levels, but guests will use the downstairs level only, which offers a comfortable and private living and sleeping space. The layout feels calm and tucked away, despite being in central London.
Guests also have access to a private communal garden, which is rare in this area. With a fully fitted kitchen, included utilities and a secure building, the flat offers a comfortable and settled place to stay for both short and longer visits.
