Loved this craftsman style home in a quaint neighborhood within walking distance of the Coliseum! Beautifully furnished throughout, this single floor home was pristinely clean and well-equipped. We especially loved the kitchen/dining amenities, modern bathroom, and comfy beds. Large windows with natural light and brisk morning walks around the picturesque neighborhood were a cheerful way to begin our day. Our stay was exceptional as this home’s location and accommodations exceeded all expectations!

Perfect Swim Weekend Home Base!

We were in Greensboro for Sr Champs at the aquatic center. Sunset Bungalow was the perfect location and home base for our weekend. The house is meticulously clean, and has an abundance of charm. You are conveniently located to everything and have so many options for restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. We will definitely book again for future meets.

Wonderful stay

Super cozy and quiet. 100 year old home lovingly restored and updated. We love the comfortable seating areas…front porch, backyard, living room. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Beds are comfortable with plush towels in the bathroom. Convenient to UNCG and the Greensboro coliseum. 10/10 from us. We will be back.

Family trip for a swim meet at the Greensboro Aquatic Center

Charming house in an adorable neighborhood! We chose this house instead of a hotel and I am so glad that we did. The house was perfect for 4 and they have everything you need. We took several walks to explore the neighborhood and over to UNCG. Perfect location for anything at the Coliseum/sports center.

Cozy home within walking distance

This 2 bedroom 1 bath home in a quiet and charming neighborhood was perfect. We would highly recommend it for anyone who is attending a multiple day event at the Greensboro Coliseum or Aquatic Center. Our only minor complaint was that that the master bed was too soft.

Adorably cozy and convenient

This house was super cozy and so homey feeling. Very comfortable and suited our needs very well! Very clean and well kept! Initially, I was concerned about communication with the evolve management team - they never responded to any messages so I had to call them to get some questions answered and still didn't feel 100% confident. However, once we were connected to the owners, communication was very fluid and responsive! We had a great stay!

Hidden gem centrally located to downtown and shopping

Quaint, clean home in a nice neighborhood near downtown- approx 8 minutes and shopping. The owners provide everything you will need. Cozy beds, fluffy towels, comfortable layout for our family. The owner is very responsive and wants to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful! Less than 5 min to Colosseum

If you’re in Greensboro, skip the hotel and stay here! This property is less than 5 minutes from the Colosseum and so many restaurants. Super easy one step check in. Owner responds to text messages within minutes. This was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever seen. The kitchen is beyond fully stocked. Bathroom includes thick, soft, fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. Roku was included, and we thoroughly enjoyed watching movies during our rainy stay in Greensboro. The property is in an adorable, quiet, historic neighborhood. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Greensboro, but especially those staying for an event at the Colosseum. We were there for a swim meet. Thanks for a great weekend!

The house is cute and comfortable.

We arrived in the evening and had a little trouble getting into the house but I got a response right away and we were able to get in. The owner said she changing the lock system so that’s good. The house is very comfortable and inviting. There is a helpful book in the house with list of restaurants and other helpful tidbits. Definitely would recommend renting this home if you are in the Greensboro area.

Great location!

The house was perfect! We loved the peace and quiet and great neighborhood. We walked to several of the nearby restaurants and they were great! The owners were easy to communicate with and even checked in to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend this home!

WOULD have been a great stay.

It had the makings of a nice place. So many good things about this house (cute living room, cozy front porch, modern bathroom, super comfortable bed...) But the kitchen was full of mouse poop. Probably because the cupboards were cluttered and FULL of (open) food. It smelled like mice, and there were visible traps. Which means they should have known to wipe down surfaces at minimimum. Whether this was an investment property (appeared to be) or a personal home, once you're in the hospitality business and are taking money, you have got to clean! Yuck. I was glad we were able to enjoy ourselves without much use of the kitchen.

The property and neighborhood were very nice. Nice space to entertain our family. There are some changes we personally would make. I don't like living out of a suitcase for a week. A dresser would be nice in the bedroom.

Wonderful bungalow

We so enjoyed our stay! The home is a very cute bungalow that has been set up for guest. The host are spectacular and have really put effort into making the home comfy for guest. Everything you could possibly need is there. The location is super convenient to everything.
