Highly recommend!!!

Me and my family stayed here at this property because I was getting married in Florida. The house was clean and it was even better in person than it was on the listing. The place was gorgeous!!. I would highly recommend staying here! it was fun for the kids having the pool, the game room in the garage, and the movie theater upstairs. It was perfect for all ages. The proximity to all the parks was even great!! If I ever come back to Florida I will definitely be staying here again!

An amazing stay

I stayed here with my bridal party for my wedding and we really enjoy ourselves! The house was gorgeous! Our only complaint is that the house doesn’t have a lot of essentials. No mop, no kitchen towel, not enough cooking or cleaning supplies and utensils. Other than that it was an amazing stay! We’re already planning a girls trip at this house again!

Nice place, lots of room for big group

The house was perfect for our group of 16 that consisted of 14 teenage girls and two adults. Our biggest issue was not enough bath towels! The 16 towels that were supplied included hand towels so if you rent this property, bring an extra bath towel. Several of the girls used their beach towels. There were ants in the kitchen that got into our donut box so it would have been nice to have some containers to prevent this from happening. Bring or buy garbage bags as you have to replace your own and none were left for us to that. We did visit in February and the pool was cold and the hot tub did not heat up. In trying to contact someone for any assistance, the phone number was busy and we could only get a message out that took awhile to get a reply. All in all, the house itself and location worked great for us and the girls have a wonderful time.

BEWARE don't waste your money

The outside of the home is beautiful but do not let the pictures fool you inside furnishings are cheap and broken. There are several problems with this home that may not even be listed here. Fire ants- located on kitchen counter, Movie Theater in all of the chairs and carpet. In the upstairs sofas and under the bricks outside around the pool so when going for a swim you disturb the ants and the come out by the dozens. So I went and purchased some ant spray to try to help minimize the amount of bites we had. Son woke up to several bites from ants. Dining room- 3 broken chairs Bedrooms- some lamps worked some did not and knobs missing on others. Remotes did not work in 60% of the home including bedrooms and theater room. I thought maybe the remotes just needed new batteries so I went out and purchased batteries and none of them worked with new batteries as well. Upon arrival and checking the home noticed the upstairs was extremely hot and stuffy looks at the thermostat and the screen is dark and cracked contacted the company via the app was instructed to call an 800 number. It is kind of hard to get in contact with someone at the 800 number when check in is at 4 and they close at 4 on a Saturday. Gentle man came, replaced the thermostat, and stated that I may be charged because they previously did a walk thru and did not have that damaged listed. But if a thorough walk thru was completed the ants would’ve been noticed. I specifically rented this home for the theater and I did not work the entire time, I messaged through the app and once again was instructed to call the 800 number which I had to wait until Monday to do it because they are closed at 4 on Fridays and don’t come out for things this small until the weekdays. When he did come to try to fix it he said he couldn’t fix it and unplugged it. Before leaving was asked about the remotes and televisions and he stated a separate, work order needs to be placed for that. I paid more for this specific home for this theater and should be reimbursed something for this trouble I could’ve rented a home without a theater for cheaper if I didn’t want one. Pest control came out the day before our departure after putting in the request like instructed days before. No instruction book on how the home is supposed to be left so I was left in the dark on that. Whomever is renting this home does not care about your stay they just want the money. BEWARE and save your money.

Pool problems

Great house. Pool was dirty long hair all through it and spa never worked . Had called several times guys came and changed things and nothing worked... One came the night before we left and said no bubbles and it wasn't filtering right. That's what we have been saying the whole time.. Pool had to have 4 gallons of chlorine put in aT 2 separate days. So we lost 8 hours of Pool time.. was hoping to get a little money back for the issues. But it was a really nice place to stay.

The house was great but the communication with the hoster was horrible and the pool was always cold

We called the hoster and told us to pay to heat the pool so we did. Unfortunately the pool never heated up like they said they would do and when we asked for our money back they never responded and we didn’t get our money back.
