Beautiful House and Location

The house is spacious and comfortable. It is the perfect place to relax. The views are amazing from inside and outside and the beach was never crowded during our stay.

Beautiful Deck View

Super location with outstanding ocean view from covered deck. House had plenty of room, clean and well equipped. Close to cute /town with nice QFC and a few restaurants/gas. Close drive to Plymouth and Sandwich. Access to beach was 3 houses down the street through path down to beach. Beach was very private and scenic.

Great house for our party of 10

We absolutely loved this house! The beach was easy to get to and the views from the deck were beautiful. We had 10 people in our group and we all slept comfortably. I would definitely stay at this house again!

Cape Cod Vacation

The porch views from this house were amazing! As per other reviews while the access to the beach is a very short walk away it is a steep and long incline that might not be suitable for all. The kitchen was much larger than expected and well equipped. The living space was a little tight on the first floor but doable. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone!

Terrific Stay

Incredible views, a nearly private beach, and many family-friendly activities and restaurants in the surrounding area. The house is well maintained, with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend this property for your vacation.

GEM off the beaten path

Lovely, well maintained property that doesn’t require guests to cross the bridge (unless you want to), yet has SPECTACULAR views from a bluff and direct access to a large and very private beach. Perfect home for a large family with kids, or a few couples getting away. The covered porch was great for relaxation, meals and cocktails, and has 180 degree views of Cape Cod Bay. The neighborhood has easy access to the bridge as well as Plymouth for dinners and activities without island congestion. If you enjoy cycling, the area is very conducive to local or longer rides and Starbucks runs are only 5 minutes away. On a final note, the owners made sure everything was in great shape and provided beach chairs, umbrellas and all the cooking amenities one could want; highly recommended.

Amazing home- clean, plentiful amenities, easy access to beach. Large home fit 10 people very comfortably. The ocean views especially sunrise are spectacular! We would love to return next year!

Overall great house. Well equipped. Third floor great hang out spot for kids. Access to the beach was very steep between stairs and too difficult for some.

Beautiful Rental

Charming home full of character. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked with everything you'd need, including a beer fridge. Kids loved the third floor. The highlight was definitely the covered deck and views. Anyone not wanting the trek to the beach would be quite content there.

Wonderful vacation

We had a great time at the house. Everything was beautiful and clean. The short trek to the beach was manageable. The view from the deck was amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked (utensils/ platters/ food storage containers) for those wanting to cook dinner at the house. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation!

The Balcony Porch is the point.

Coffee at sun rise, lunch on trays, cocktails at sundown, all from the Balcony Porch. The beach? Yeah, you could go down there...but why?

Perfect Pandemic Getaway

This was a great house and very accurately described by the pictures on the website...The views from the house are spectacular and the house was immaculate..Only caveat is the stairs to the beach are very steep but otherwise no complaints!

Amazing views, lovely home

Beautiful, we’ll lived home with tons of charm. The property manager responded immediately to questions. The steps to the beach are just around the corner and are a bit of a workout but TOTALLY worth it!
