A wonderful stay in a lovely villa ideal for a relaxing 'away from it all' stay. A quality place with amazing views and a delightful pool and outdoor seating area. Indoor, everything was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The only tricky bit was finding the place - it is a 10 minute drive from civilisation via a one track road - so make sure you stock up on food on your way there !

It was a pleasure hosting you, and I'm glad you liked the property. Unfortunately, you're right; being on a hill isn't close to shops, but as I told you when you left next year, you'll find a grocery store/deli and a second restaurant about 2 km from the house (so you can walk there if you want). We hoped they'd be ready this summer, but they'll actually open in a month. If I have the pleasure of hosting you again, you and your wife will be our guests at the restaurant. Best regards Chiara

This is an absolutely beautiful location set in the hills with the most fantastic view, we were blown away by the scenery, it was so peaceful. The children absolutely loved the pool we could not have asked for more, the kids also loved the chickens and the friendly cat family that came to visit. We will definitely come back to explore a bit more. Whilst we were here we went to Pisa and Florence both of which are roughly an hour away but whilst you are here I would strongly suggest the beautiful City of Lucca, and the cherry ice-cream in pescia just down the road next to the supermarket.

It was a very plasure host you. Unfortunately I know, the country roads in Tuscany are small for many tourists, always remember that Italy is the Fiat 500 homeland 🚙🚙🚙😜😜

Dear Olger, I'm very sorry that you didn't have a good time like all our other guests.😢😢😢😢😢 Above all I'm sorry that my birds have disturbed you, but today you are the only family that has complained about them so I consider myself lucky 😜 For internet, you are right. 😔😔 Unfortunately we had big problems with the company that provided us with the service and we tried to make up for their disservice as best as possible, which I understand is not excellent (especially for you foreigners used to fiber) but there is currently no better on the market. However, to say that it is good for only one user in my opinion is an exaggeration. Last thing I don't understand the complaint about the size of the house. If it was so small for you I don't understand why you also invited two friends mid-week (for whom we were not asked you an extra euro them or for linen). However for clarity the house is actually 150sqm as stated on the announcement.
