A perfect getaway!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and cozy and had everything we needed, and was just a short walk to the beach!

Felt like home

Beautiful condo with everything you would need. Condo is large and truly beautiful. I would absolutely stay there again. Short walk to the beach, wonderful location to everything around Myrtle Beach. My children and I had a wonderful time.

Great Time!

This place did not disappoint!! The location to the beach & restaurants was fabulous. The decor was the perfect beach setting. I plan to return!!!!

Never heard back from management..

They started renovations that knew about til the day of. They started 7:00 am in the morning drilling and hammering bamming until 6:45 pm. The pool closed on Monday and was still closed at checkout July 12th no notifications or anything.. i fill like i should be compensated we was on vacation niot to use the pool was crazy

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! It was clean close to the beach and just beautiful! Would def stay here again! Had everything you needed close to a lot of restaurants and stores! Just awesome! Loved it!

Excellent Home Away from Home

The condo was very comfortable and convenient, short walk to the beach, very quiet, beautiful neighborhood, storage room on ground at parking area was very nice to store beach supplies! Thank you for having us!!!

Great stay!

This vacation condo was beautiful and very well decorated. The only complaint would be the amount of stairs as we were on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. But aside from that, the condo and property were great.

****RENTER BEWARE****Dunes Realty manages the rental units and did a wonderful job. SURFSIDE REALTYwho owns the property, scheduled a balcony assessment, did not communicate this to the tenant occupying the rental (myself) and the neighbors attempted to access my rental unit with contractors. HOW HORRIFYING FOR ME AS A SOLO TRAVELER. Early morning, the neighbors were shaking banging and rattling the storm door i locked, thank goodness. They finally rang the doorbell after atleat 20 min admitting they did not know a tenant was there, no apologies, and telling me they are on the "board" as if this justifies their harrassing behavior. They would have entered the unit if that storm door was not locked. As a board member due your due diligence, check with the owners first, then give the tenant 24 hour notice, & ring the bell first! This was a complete violation of privacy and security. Tenanats have rights! Nevertheless, I spoke with Dunes Realty who showed the most empathy, apologized and confirmed who these people were. I let the manager of HOA in to make this go away as it already ruined my trip. I WAS LEFT FEELING VERY UNSAFE!!!. To the owners, I'm sorry to leave this review. Your condo is beautiful. The decor and amenities were well thougt out. It was a great value for the location. This place deserves a 5 but that incident was inexcusable. I thought there was work being done next door because i was using the dryer which muffled the banging sounds until the dryer stopped.

303 Seagrove stay

The property was perfect for us. It is 3 flights of stairs so if steps are a deterrent.... My issues were more with the rental company not the property. Wished there had been a lock box with key code vs. waiting in very long line outside to check in. The line did move relatively quick, however. Cleaning could have been better. Several long black hairs on floors and glass dining table looked like it needed cleaned better looked like it was wiped with cloth that needed rinsed out. Dishwasher had dishes still in and since some dishes were visibly dirty we used one of our Cascade pods to run dishwasher just to be sure they were washed. Overall minor inconveniences and we enjoyed the property and our stay.

SC getaway

The place was very nice and clean. We were down there for my best friends sons wedding. I do not like cameras in the house and I don't know if what was in the living room was camera or security but it made me uncomfortable. I get that its someones house but I don't want to be watched. Also, the "no gatherings" on the paperwork made me feel like I couldn't have friends over for dinner or to watch a football game. Maybe that is what they want. We were there for over a week and most of the people were staying in hotels and I would have liked to have them for dinner but the paperwork kept me from doing that. They did have chairs, and other beach items included with the house which was very nice. It would have been nice if that was included in the amenities. The place was run by a rental place and I don't think they really know whats there, because when I questions if they had something they said no, but when we got there, we found they did actually have it. Also, having to go pick up the key at the rental place is not ideal. When you dove 11 hours to get there and then have to go to a rental place to pick up the keys and dropped them off at the end is a pain. Overall a very nice place to stay - minus the camera and the picking up and dropping off the keys.

Great location!

We had a lovely time at the condo! It was in a great location and we had everything we needed in the condo to make her stay comfortable. The beds were very comfortable filters and filters we loved the pool also!

Relaxing Ocean view

Our week at Seagrove condo was PERFECT! My wife could sit on the patio ALL WEEK, if we chose. We went to the beach four days, ocean water was warm. Shopped the other two days. Jeff & Lisa, the owners, keep a clean condo. We like to come back down next year!

Family vacation

A wonderful week at the beach! A close walk to the beach! Enjoyed mornings in the deck looking at the ocean view! The kids enjoyed the wii at night after long days playing !

Has Everything You Need!

We just left this amazing rental today and boy did we have a great time! The location is great and so close to the beach! The space is perfect and decorated so cute with a nice view of the beach! Jeff and Lisa have equipped the home with everything you need - Coffee maker, toaster, Tvs/dvd player, Nintendo Wii with many games, so many board games, tons of beach chairs/umbrellas in the storage. We will definitely be back!
