Great stay over Thanksgiving

We needed a place to stay close to family during Thanksgiving- worked out perfectly. Brand new property, clean and well organized. I highly recommend.

Exceptional!

We absolutely loved this home! Everything inside is brand new, furniture and beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is a walking path right across from the driveway, meaning the walk to the private beach takes about 2 minutes max (which is a huge bonus if you have small children). The location of the home is our favorite on the Cape, very quiet and relaxing but a short drive to everything. Liz was great, very responsive and helpful! I have already recommended this location to a few families and would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation ‘23

We had a wonderful stay at Liz & John’s cottage. Just a short walk to the beach made it so easy for getting around with our two toddlers. They had everything needed for preparing meals and the washer dryer on premises was great.

Great… Great… Great!

Had a great time in a great place at a great location. Elizabeth was very responsive to our questions when gathering info and booking. Place was as described and spotless with no surprise. Ample stuff for cooking. Private beach is in fact a 2 min. walk over the dune across the street. Quiet and calm area. Claude V.

Wonderful!

Everything was wonderful about this beach home! It was really clean and well stocked. The beach access was amazing! We will definitely be back!

My husband (John) and I (Elizabeth) have been coming to the Cape for many years and we love the peace and tranquility of this beautiful setting on the marsh, located on a safe, private road. His parents brought him as a child to this very street and the legacy continues. We have 4 children and they love to come to the Cape and enjoy vacation and time with family and friends. We have brought many friends here and they love it too. Together, we have lovingly restored this property with excellent craftsmanship by my husband and much attention to cleaning between renters and continue to do so. My parents were hospitable and hotel managers in Scotland and we have carried this on here in America on the Cape.
Please join us for a lovely time with family and friends.

This beach cottage is pristine, immaculate and well taken care of. It is cozy and well appointed. There is a brand new bathroom as well as a beautiful place to enjoy an outdoor shower that has been newly constructed by my husband. There is a private beach located directly across the street that is steps away to the sugar sands of private, Sagamore Beach. It is an oasis where one can take a walk on the beach or on the jetty by the canal to the lighthouse, with many beautiful photo opportunities. You can bring your bikes, scooters, boogie boards, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles, tennis rackets or basketball to play down the road at the public courts or your favorite book to read on the beach or your deck.

Unique benefits to this home are the private beach on a private road that is tranquil and peaceful. It is beautiful and clean and the kitchen has an outstanding granite counter top island. It is a perfect place to connect with family and make beautiful memories in a laid back setting. If one needs to work remotely, then there is a strong internet signal to accommodate. Consider our home on the Cape and you won't be disappointed.
