We pride ourselves on being transparent and accommodating to all guests and would have been more than happy to walk you through the exact layout of the home before you booked. - We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised, and guests can decide before booking if the home meets their expectations. - Unfortunately, the PAC Man machine was found to be unplugged after your stay. We also would have been more than happy to check the remotes if you’d mentioned it when we spoke to you during their stay. We could have quickly resolved your concerns. - Thank you for your insight. Jose, we want to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "Hi Jose, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not go as smoothly as we would have liked but we would like to clarify a few things in your review.  -"As soon you let us know about the A/C, we did have our maintenance person come by to verify that it was working as it should. It was confirmed that both the system and cooling fan were in perfect order. After your departure, we went in as well and verified that it was still cooling. -The A/C units are outdoors and with the location, it is common for pine needles and other outdoorsy elements to find their way on them. We can assure our guests this does not affect the functionality of it at all. -We wished you would have let us know about the hot tub when we visited to address your other concerns. We would have absolutely had a service tech come as soon as possible to check the breaker. They typically do not trip unless too much water has escaped the tub as this can cause a trip to avoid the pump motor burning up. We recommend that guests do not splash water out of the hot tub or treat it as a swimming pool to keep it from tripping. We checked out the hot tub after your visit and as soon as it was back up to full capacity, we did not have any problems.  -As for the refrigerator, like all refrigerators, they can take several hours to cool after being stocked full from empty, especially with items that are not already cool. The refrigerator does work, and quite well. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests."
