Fully Stocked Kitchen and Plenty of Space for Everyone

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need- except a tea kettle; that would've been lovely. The place is great for large families and everyone could spread out. The unit is very clean! Located on a beautiful golf course and quiet neighborhood. Great small deck to grill on, lovely downstairs seating area. We were really excited for the hot tub, but it had too many chemicals for our skin which was a bummer. The location is a bit far from town about 2 miles walking. Would've loved bikes available. The place was a bit hot during the day- no AC., our fault for not double checking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property is in a great location and is perfect for families.

We can't say enough about our stay in Avon with Ed and the gang. The townhouse had everything you would ever need to stay for a few days and was immaculate. The proximity to Vail and other locales in Avon made this the perfect spot to vacation and unwind. The community surrounding the property is great for kids as well with close nearby parks and room in the backyard to run around. All in all, this was a great find in Avon and we cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful stay!

My family of five stayed here in February for a ski vacation. The large house was beautiful, clean and was very well stocked. The three bedrooms provided us with lots of space and privacy. The hot tub was conveniently located right outside our back door which was awesome. It was very nice meeting Ed. He was very helpful with area attractions and restaurants , oh, and he also cleared the snow off of our car and the bar b que...thanks Ed for everything! Definitely recommend!!

Awesome Condo

This rental is amazing. Very unique floor plan - 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms split across 4 levels, with 2 big living rooms. Great kitchen with all the cooking tools you could need. Good sized hot tub right outside. Decent location to skiing, you'll definitely need a car, but you'll probably want a car out there anyway. We split our time between Beaver Creek (the closer mountain) and Vail (which was about 10 minutes away). As you can tell by other reviews, the Millers are very good owners - easy to work with, responsive, and friendly. The condo breathed years of happy memories, and we're fortunate to have made our own there.

Very Nice Stay!

We stayed here over President's Weekend (4 adults and 2 kids). Three bedrooms worked out perfectly for our family. Accommodations were very nice, new renovations/updates to bathrooms and kitchen were well put together. Very clean! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Ed communicated with us before and during the stay quite well! Condo is located very conveniently to Avon/Beaver Creek for skiing, and just a short trip to Vail as well. We would definitely love to stay again! Thanks for everything, Ed!

A True Mountain Get-a-way!

The house is an absolute pleasure to stay in! Conveniently located between both Vail and Beaver Creek, so we were able to ski both resorts everyday of our stay. The kitchen is a great entertainment spot in the house and the hot tub was definitely enjoyed everyday after a full day of skiing! I would definitely recommend this house to others and I would certainly return. Also, the owners of the property are easy to work with, extremely helpful, and very friendly!

Great Colorado Getaway

Excellent rental. The hot tob, deck, and the adjacent fire pit on the patio were the perfect touch for relaxing after skiing. We have rented this place several times and the golf course the house is on is very beautiful -- a snowy field in the winter and lovely green in the summer. And close to both Vail and Beaver Creek. Would recommend to anyone.

A love for Vail

Having grown up coming to Vail in all different seasons we jumped at the chance to bring our children for their first mountain experience. Who better to call for a place to stay than the Ergenbrights and Millers. You won't be disappointed in their home away from home experience. The floor plans are great for 2 families if needed. It's so fun to show my kids what I grew up loving to do. We even got married in Vail and of course our families stayed at these very condos. If you stay here once you'll be booking the condo for the next year--promise!

Vail without the price

Enjoyed three fantastic weeks of skiing with this excellent home (location is perfect for skiing Vail or Beaver Creek). LARGE - with 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 large sitting areas (each with fireplace), large dining room, great kitchen with new appliances. Many necessities are included (paper towels, trash bags, condiments and spices) which adds to the feeling of being just like home. Outdoor hot tub takes care of the muscles and joints at the end of the day. We will continue to return.

BEST RENTAL IN 6 YEARS!

This property was even better than described. Extremely clean, modern, and conveniently located for both Vail and Beaver Creek. The kitchen is very well stocked and with quality items. The furniture was comfortable, recent and clean. The beds are the most comfortable of any place we've ever rented. There were also on-site activities available for non-skiers. The views from the various rooms are outstanding. The owner was accomodating and answered every question we had as well as provided additional suggestions for restaurants, leisure and entertainment. I highly recomment these units for anyone who wants to experience first class accomodations - you will not be disappointed!

Ski Trip

This condo was absolutely perfect. Hot tub, fire place, kitchen, two large sitting areas, plenty of rooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It was well arranged and comfortable, very short drive to the Vail slopes.

Great Family Place!

Just wrapped up a week's stay, and can't say enough about our experience. What a great family home! The unit is more spacious than the pictures indicate with 4 levels with the furnishings very well done and comfortable. Our family felt like we were in a 2nd home, and Ed was great to work with making sure we were happy. We are already planning our next stay there.

Great Time for all

My family and I stayed in one of these Unit's recently and it was a great time, everything was clean and updated just as the information stated. Ed was very helpful and welcoming in any thing we needed - the unit had everything - and view was great as well. Plenty to do for kids and parents alike with a nice layout and ability to walk to ponds, and trails. We also entertained friends who were in town staying at Beaver Creek and they were envious of the house for many reasons! I would recomend staying here without reservation.

a great condo for the Vail/BC/Avon area

My friends and I, a group of 3, had a great time staying here, and I would recommend it to others highly. The condo unit is very comfortable - 3 separate floors of bedrooms for privacy and quiet, one dining room/living room/kitchen floor, and a TV area/fireplace on the bottom for spending time as a group. The hot tub in back is a nice feature too for after-ski sore muscles. The unit was very clean, well maintained, and had all the features & accessories you could possibly need - dishes/silverware, kitchen tools, laundry, coffee maker, oven/microwave/dishwasher, grill, even spices for cooking if you are so inclined. The location is quiet and away from any kind of noise, but also convenient for Vail, BC, and Avon - a 5-10 min drive from all, and there is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk from the unit if you don't want to worry about driving. Ed the owner was around while we were there, and he is a very helpful, friendly guy who made our group feel very welcome, but was also respectful of our privacy. I am very wary of internet deals with people I don't know (ie. Craigslist or other for sale/rent by owner sites) but Ed was very honest and straightforward, and the ad accurately reflects the property. The unit definitely exceeded our expectations and I'd stay there again without hesitation.

Home Away from Home

What a great time we had during their our annual ski trip to the Beaver Creek/Vail area. In the past we had stayed in town at one of the hotels and condo's. This by far was our best trip especially the great accommodations that the Townhome offered. It had all the amenties of home and more. Very spacious, lots of room, privacy as the bedrooms are located on different floors and a great kitchen, dining & living area for everyone to gather in. It has a super location close to both Beaver Creek and Vail. We will definetly stay there on our next trip to the area.

We've stayed every year for 5 years and absolutely love this place!!!

This condo is very spacious, clean and well stocked, great for family with kids, two living areas. Centrally located to everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful. Our family loves to go in the summer and in the winter and the location is perfect. Great places to eat, play and relax.

Wonderful Ski Trip

What a beautiful, cozy place. We had great times around the fire and enjoyed the view and the beautifully appointed townhome. We were so conveniently located: close to shopping and skiing. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub looking out to the mountains. Looking forward to a return trip soon. We were there in January 2011.

My husband and I have vacationed in Unit C for several years. Though we have vacationed in Europe, other Colorado locations as well as US destination vacation areas, it is by far our favorite vacation destination. Relaxing, totally hassle-free and convenient, we look forward to unwinding every year at this condo. The location is central to any/all activities/sites within several miles. It is well maintained and the owner/management has not overlooked anything necessary to a relaxing experience. The kitchen is very well equipped. Did I mention spotlessly clean and fresh? Last year five of our closest friend couples joined us, renting Unit B. With many world travelers in the group, they were all thrilled with the location and accommadtions here. So much, in fact, we have booked a return trip for 2011.

Great Owners

I have stayed several times at the condo. The owners are great people and make sure that everything is in perfect working order. Nice layout with plenty of space for large groups. The area is nice, quite, and scenic. Easy drive to the ski areas.
