In the loveliest neighbourhood of Athens! Just a minute's walk from the pedestrian zone which joins the entire historical centre and leads... everywhere: the Acropolis and Parthenon, the Acropolis museum, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the Ancient Agora, the Areopagus, Kerameikos.
Also within walking distance are Plaka, Monastiraki, Ermou Street for shopping and the nightlife of Gazi.Agia Marina Square just up the road and the Hill of the Nymphs invite the visitor to a different kind of walk, in nature: the observatory, the Pnyx, Filopappou Hill, Socrates Prison, set in over 120 acres of parkland criss-crossed with paths and tracks for walking and cycling.
Ground floor apartment 75 sqm, high ceilings, warm in winter and cool in the summer. Both bedrooms, at the back of the flat, open onto a charming courtyard. Convenient for older people too. Quiet street.

Everyting was as expexted. Walked Athens extensively and can't say there is a better neighborhood. Close to venues and places to eat. Host responded quickly and willing to help.

Great stay- perfect location

Miranda was an amazing host and the property was perfectly located near all the best sites and some great restaurants. We walked everywhere and had an amazing time. The property has great amenities and Miranda was even kind enough to leave us a few welcome gifts in the kitchen. I would absolutely stay here again.

A wonderful stay

We had a great break and the apartment was perfect, from the welcome, to the location, to the patio garden where we ate breakfast. Thank you! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again with our teen daughters.

Perfect place!

Miranda's Apartment was a perfect home base for our trip. Great location- Many restaurants nearby, and walking distance from most all sites - but still a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Miranda was easily accessible if we needed any help with anything. It helped make our stay perfect!

My husband & I stayed for 6 nights. Miranda had arranged airport pickup for us & greeted us at the door! Wonderful location, close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was spotless. Miranda had all the little things we needed... water in the fridge along with butter, cereal, crackers, salt, some spices... so nice to have when first arriving:)We would recommend this apartment in the quiet neighbourhood of Thissio!

Miranda's apartment is on a terrific location. That is the highlight of her apartment . That being said the apartment itself is very comfortable and nicely laid out. Making it even more pleasant is the heating/cooling system throughout. There so many restaurants to choose from and a good grocery store 5 minutes away.

Fantastic Location

This property is an EXCELLENT place to stay while visiting Athens! Comfy, clean spaces welcome you in a beautiful neighborhood just around the corner from many many restaurants and very close to the Acropolis area. Everything we needed was within walking distance: Acropolis, places to eat, and stores. It is quiet and located just down the street from a beautiful church and grounds. The beds are very comfortable and the space is well laid out. We loved the cozy living space and comfy couches to relax after a long day of walking. The back garden space was so lovely, we enjoyed having coffee out there in the morning while we planned our day. Just wish we could have stayed longer; thank you for providing such a beautiful and affordable space Miranda! We wholeheartedly recommend this property if you visiting the area!

Het appartement voldeed aan alle eisen. We hebben genoten. De muggen op het plaatsje was het enige minpunt. En dat is waar lastig. Voor de rest vol lof wil zeker terug keren
