We were very happy with the house and all the amenities. We were within walking distance of downtown. We had no issues except the family room ceiling fan and light did not work but I texted the owner and they were aware so it was not a problem. We hope to stay there again sometime.

Great stay!

The house was perfect for our family stay in the area for a wedding reception. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Great setup with four bedrooms and open concept living, kitchen & dining. The pool and outside yard was a great hit with all. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing, house was great, the whole family enjoyed the week we spent there. The pool area was perfect for everyone outside, and inside had open concept so could spend a lot of time together. 4 bedrooms & 3 baths gave everyone privacy when needed. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Our family trip was awesome, and the family enjoyed the time in St Augustine. The house is beautiful. The house is in a great location, it is a 15-20 minute walk to downtown St Augustine, just across the bridge or a 5-10 minute drive to the beach. The beach is beautiful. Georgina, the owner was very nice, easy to talk to on the phone and was quick to answer any text messages if I had a question. I would recommend to friends and family.

Our girls trip was awesome and this house made it so easy to see Saint Augustine whether you’re going to the beach or downtown St George Street the house has everything you would need for your trip without you having to go buy things. Everything was beautifully done. The salt pool was amazing.

Well appointed, great location

This was without a doubt the most well appointed rental I have ever stayed in. Communication with the host was easy and respectful. The layout of the house was fantastic for privacy and the soundproofing allowed me to sleep while the rest of my group was watching tv. I was concerned because the photos don’t show any shade at the pool so I was thrilled to find a large pavilion that comfortably seated all 7 of the adults in my group. Highly recommend.

Excellent Vacation Home

Home and hosts exceeded all our expectations! Check in was a breeze, they even worked with us for an early arrival. Home was exceptionally clean, welcoming and very well appointed, especially all the thoughtful touches when traveling with a baby. We took a family Christmas vacation, and the layout and size of kitchen and home makes it comfortable for couples traveling together or families who need to spread out out. We especially enjoyed the fire place and how easy of a walk it was to downtown. Our experience was superb and we’d easily rent here, or another of their properties, without hesitation.

Spectacular!

This property was amazing! All you need is your toothbrush. The owners have thought of everything. We stayed at Thanksgiving and this is the best stocked kitchen I have ever had. Amazing place...we will be back.

Amazingly Well Appointed

We were a group of women traveling to St Augustine for our annual book club trip. The rooms and entire house were well appointed with every possible amenity. The property manager/owner was incredibly easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a family or group home, look no further!

I have stayed in a few rentals in my life and this was by far the most well stocked/clean place.we were able to Uber to historic St.Augustine for very cheap.we stayed at the house a couple of days and enjoyed the refreshing pool.i would recommend to friends and family

This property is a wonderful place for families to gather and enjoy each other’s company, while being close to all St Augustine has to offer. Perfect VRBO for St. Augustine Vacation!

Beautiful, spacious, homey, clean, comfortable. We preferred the outdoor covered patio for meals when we did not eat in restaurants. Private new property that was spotless and charming. Inviting pool and nice brick firepit with lots of outdoor seating. Furnished with anything you might need. Clothes and food not furnished.

Our stay here was incredible! The house was very spacious, especially for the 5 of us.Most importantly, it was very, very clean. Sometimes you stay at a house or a hotel and it just feels dirty and like the cleaning was rushed but everything was spotless when we arrived.The backyard was very nice with a saltwater pool, a covered area for some shade, a grill, a fire pit with tons of wood, and a covered side eating area to eat outside out of the sun.The owner also had a lot of things for us to use; beach chairs, towels, floaties, a cooler, etc. There were several things we were going to buy just for the weekend but she already had them!The location was also excellent. We were walking distance from a couple cool restaurants and bars. We were also about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown St. Augustine, just across the bridge.Finally, the owner was just very very kind. She texted me welcoming us, gave some information, asked if we needed anything, and answered a few of my questions very quickly.If I come back to St. Augustine I wouldn't even look for another place to stay, I would book this again in a heartbeat.Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house and everyone said they'd be happy to stay again. It's a great location to walk to historic St Augustine. The house is very clean and well equipped -- lots of towels, tissues in the bathrooms, storage for your stuff, everything you need in the kitchen (and my tongs I forgot there!), a grill, a pool, seating for a crowd, etc. Everything we needed and more. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The host was very responsive when I had questions. The checkout process was very simple. We were very happy with our stay here.

MUST STAY!!

The house was everything we needed. There were 7 of us staying and the house was equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen items for the whole weekend. We loved the location- so convenient for downtown! The pool was an absolute treat and was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. We would love to come back and stay here again! I cannot recommend enough!
