Amazing!!!

This house was beautiful and very spacious! It accommodated my family very well! The kids loved the big back yard! Very nice neighborhood and loved being close to everything! House was very cleaned and definitely will stay again!

Property needs a little love

The spaciousness and cleanliness were the best attributes of this property. working AC, a plus.We come from grey Seattle and want sunlight. Almost every blind was broken, windows (exterior) haven't been cleaned in a long time.Many light fixtures need working bulbs.A bit of maintenance to ensure all household items WORK goes a long way to a pleasant experience for guests.

Convenient quiet neighborhood

Stayed here for an event in the Austin area. Comfortable and clean. Good backyard for children. Nice quiet neighborhood with convenient access for travel. Host made it easy and responds quickly.

Perfect Home in Great Location

We attended a wedding in Georgetown and this was a perfect location. We weren’t too far away but were also close to so many other things. The house was just as described, 3 nice sized bedrooms with good sized beds. I will warn that the king and queen rooms have VERY soft mattresses. If you have someone with back problems in your group make sure you let them pick their room based on the mattress so they can sleep comfortably. The house was clean, the backyard was pretty, and the smart TVs were nice for winding down.

Very nice and comfortable

The house was overall pretty nice especially the dishwasher, master bathroom, as well as the washer and dryer. Some things I wish were here are more paper towels we ran out and no more rolls left, there were also not very many towels in the bathrooms. Also no washcloths which was a bummer. Overall nice stay the owners responded relatively fast. The backyard couldbe more kid friendly we had a preschooler and the grass was pretty long and there were lots of weeds. The TV upstairs was very nice. There was also stuff left from the last guests stayed I would assume so keep that in mind too. Overall we would definitly stay again. Was very fun, there were things like Foosball and tous in the garage you definitly have to check out, this was so much fun. 😃

Spacious house. Lots of TV’s and speaker systems. Dual AC for upstairs and downstairs. Clean. Would have been nice to have written instructions on operation of the TVs. Had to figure out 3 remotes and the surround sound system in the main living area on our own. Never did figure out how to turn on the large screen in the upstairs lounge area. Couldn’t use the garage because of foosball table, desk and other things stored there. Ice maker was jammed and frozen. I was able to get it cleared and it made a good amount of ice quickly. Bbq did not have any propane in the canister. Would be nice if that was provided. Backyard patio and lawn is spacious but needed to be better maintained. Needed mowing. AC worked really well. Important in Austin most of the year. Manager Luis was very quick to respond which was nice. Spacious closets throughout and washer and dryer were nice to have

Do not stay here.

We arrived about 8:30 PM the Wed. before Thanksgiving 2023 to find the home with no electricity or heat. Temperatures were in the 40s, and the home was cold. The freezer leaked water out indicating the power had been out long enough for the ice in the freezer to melt. Circuit breakers were on, but no power. The home smelled of cigarette smoke, and the bathrooms had a total of 4 towels and no wash cloths or hand towels. I spoke to property contact by phone about it all. He said he'd try to get the power on but did not guarantee power that night. We requested a refund. A full refund was agreed to and then he called back after we left to ask if we would stay anyway if he gave us one night for free. We declined, and he said he understood and would process the refund. We then had to find and pay for a hotel. Thanksgiving day, when we didn't see the refund in process, we called the representative. He did not answer our calls or emails. We called VRBO. They asked if we had video evidence of the power outage or proof of the various issues. We did not video the few minutes we were in the home, since we couldn't stay in the cigarette smoke smelling home due to allergy to smoke. With no heat, electricity, way to cook or keep our food cold, we could not stay. We were asked to go back over and video Thanksgiving day and did so. We sent VRBO the video showing that the code to enter had been changed preventing any access. VRBO has been less than helpful. No refund has been given.

Great home for entertaining multi generational family!

While there were a few bumps getting settled into the home we were ultimately able to work everything out and we are so glad! We were looking for a home that had a set up that allowed us to host our children and several toddler grandchildren for Thanksgiving day. The space was well decorated but not fussy so there were no concerns about the grandchildren breaking small decorative items. The kitchen was large enough for three cooks to bump around and well stocked so that we only needed to add a couple of specialized items. You can definitely cook for the family in this kitchen! And the neighborhood is very quiet.

Good Location

Pros: Clean Lots of video games Good TVs Great yard for kids Excellent fridge Cons: Slippery floor Close to busy street/traffic noise No pods for the coffee machine (asking too much maybe?) Water tasted funny from fridge - might be the area or needing a new filter We had a very short stay, so didn’t really use the kitchen, looks like it has all the necessities. Beds were very soft. Kids loved the Wii and sliding on the floors. Think the cleaning folks used the wrong product on the floors before our visit. Overall would return if we needed to stay in the area.

Great place

Beautiful and clean. Plenty of space for everyone. Easy to get to and near to lots of things. Very homey and although we were out and about quite a bit the time we spent at the house was very pleasant. I’d love to stay here again. Very reasonable price too

Great trip!

Our trip ended up being amazing! This location is very close to where we needed to be. For the cost it is 1,000 times better than hotel rooms. The property was in perfect condition as well as perfect location. Easy to communicate with the owner if anything is needed. The check-in and out process was very simple! Amazing place for the price!
