Large poorly furnished hotel room, barely provisioned kitchen, unhelpful host, incorrect contract
Per contract, “all apartments are fully furnished to a high standard and include fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils.. prices quoted include: cleaning every 4 days ... include towels & linens changed every 4 days.” The kitchen did NOT have a corkscrew, vegetable peeler, colander, pot holders, can opener, serving utensils, toaster etc. After asking for a corkscrew, host wrote “We have normal equipment in the kitchen. If you need special things, you can buy self from shopping.” So, corkscrew or toaster are not normal equipment? Linens & towels not changed. At END of stay, “if there is anything I could help you with to make your stay even more comfortable feel free to let me know.” Just the thing to do at the END of the stay! Large, poorly furnished hotel room on 3rd floor, no elevator. Wifi kept dropping out. 2 double beds, partly separated by divider with hangers & shelves on the other side. Meagerly equipped kitchenette, small table, 4 chairs, 2 folding chairs. Few wall outlets & poor lighting. Handy to parking & train station. "Balcony” faces glass wall. No luggage racks. 2 saucepans, 2 frypans, tea kettle, coffee pot, 7 large plates, 5 small bowls, 5 little plates,assortment of cups & glasses, ½ fridge, small freezer, sink, convection oven & range. Nearby large AN and Jumbo stores. Small bathroom with handheld shower, sink, no towel rack. In spite of great location, do not recommend due to unhelpful host and inaccurate contract
