So clean and comfortable!

This was the perfect place for our stay. I highly recommend booking this property if you’re visiting the area! It was clean, comfortable and the cozy beds were a nice bonus. It was a home away from home.

Wonderful property!

The house was terrific, it had everything we needed and very clean! Due to rain while we were there, we didn’t get a chance to use the deck and grill, but the backyard was also a nice space. The location was great - quiet neighborhood close to main highways to quickly get around. It was easy to get to Boulder and Estes Park. Easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Broken loveseat, closet rack, toilet paper holder and other things

We walked in sat the luggage in the closet and the rack fell out of the wall. Then went downstairs to use the restroom and the toilet paper holder fell sideways and roll fell off. Went to make coffee and keurig broke. Garage was locked so we couldn't park our truck and there are so many cars on the neighborhood streets u couldn't pull into the tiny driveway. Looked good from a distance though!

Not the Best Place to Stay during the Summer

While the location was great for the places we wanted/needed to go, that’s about the only good thing. Staying Saturday - Thursday only being given 3 wash cloths to shower with is a little ridiculous…given multiple hand towels and body towels but only 3 wash cloths (one per person) for the entire stay during the summer…give me a break. I get reusing a body towel, but having to waste so much water to wash three small wash cloths - yikes! Speaking of summer…the A/C was terrible. The unit is not big enough for a two story house…we were only provided small table fans and made due with what we had but if you are hot natured, consider staying else where. All bedrooms being upstairs is problematic, especially with there only being one bathroom upstairs…a TINY bathroom. We were also denied an early check-in due to “cleaning”…not everything was clean. I dropped something in the upstairs bathroom that rolled under the vanity - what I saw about made me throw up! But the house was “thoroughly” cleaned. The kitchen and living space were fine…as was the back porch.

Plenty of space for family

Great place to stay. Short drive to downtown Denver if you want to head into the city, but plenty of options for restaurants and shopping nearby if you want to stay local. We had an issue with the heat the first night and contacted Evolve reps by text the next morning. The homeowner called us right away and immediately sent a technician to take care of the issue. We were very impressed - and grateful - for the prompt response. There is a full bathroom on the second floor that is a shared bathroom (not a master bath which is the impression from the website pictures) and another full bath downstairs with a small shower stall. The master bedroom contains two large closets. The other queen bedroom has a small walk-in closet. The twin room has no accessible closet, only drawers contained in the bed frame, which is a good size. The downstairs is an open kitchen, dining, living space. There is wifi available, however, when I tried to log in my phone stated the network was not secure so I never used it. That might be something I would suggest that the password be changed now and again. There is a walkway not far from the house which leads to a small park in the area, and there's a nice walking path and some open space there. It did snow while we were there, not a lot but enough to make the sidewalk a little bit slick. I didn't notice a shovel around so it might be helpful to have one there. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. I would certainly recommend it if you're in the area, and I will definitely consider staying again.

La casa está en perfectas condiciones. Es muy práctica y viene muy bien inplementada, con muchos detalles que hacen la estadía agradable. Nosotros estuvimos 28 días, y la comunicación con los dueños fue fácil y siempre encontramos ganas de ayudar a cualquier requerimiento. Muy recomendable!

Absolutely perfect!!!!!

We couldn’t have found or asked for a more perfect home for our weeks stay. It was super cute, cozy and very clean!! The bed in the master was so darn comfortable, I’m kind of sad to be going back to my own bed. All the appliances were great, streaming services were great, everything was just fabulous!! Also the neighborhood was very cute and safe.

Hidden gem near Denver

Wow! Did we luck out with this rental! This house had everything we needed…kitchen supplies, amenities, and plenty of space! The neighbors were also very friendly. We had a 15-25 minute drive to everything we did in Denver. We were very comfortable and the hosts were responsive to any questions we had. Thank you again, Chris for everything! Please do yourself a favor and check out this house if you are visiting Denver.

Great little property

House is well maintained. Beds are comfortable. Location is 5 to 15 minutes from most every place we wanted to visit - definitely convenient. Note - depending on the size of your party, this may or may not suit needs. We had three adults and this worked perfectly for us; there are two full bathrooms but one is exceptionally small and one of the bedrooms has more of a day bed (great for kids, grownups maybe not?). None of this is a negative by any means but larger groups (e.g. 3 couples or big families) might not find it suitable for their needs. All in all - property was great for us, communication with the owner was easy and quick, the property was super clean, wifi access was easy and strong, and the parking situation was ideal and convenient
