This is a wonderful place--a true tropical getaway! It's perfect for big families, with lots of space. Well maintained and well stocked, it was just as described on the website. It is very nice to have a BIG Master Bedroom upstairs, and then a junior Master/ensuite bath downstairs (with the plushest carpet ever!) along with two other bedrooms, one king, and one with two single beds and hall bathroom. And another half bathroom for common areas. Overall, can't recommend this place enough; Jon is a great host and we would certainly stay there again!

Better than expected!!

The property looks great in the pictures, but even better in person! The location is hard to beat, with a great park beach across the street, and plenty of boat parking on the canal. Also, the court yard pool provides a ton of privacy and was fun for the whole family. Great local dining options as well at Frigates, etc. The host was amazing and very accommodating. I’d give the property a 10 out of 10!

Experience of a lifetime...

My son and I came into town to compete in the Operation Sailfish tournament on the Vice Versa Freeman boat with Scott Martin, Sam Milazzo and an incredible crew of fishermen... The house was beautiul... Clean, contemporary, well-equipped, and met every one of our needs, including a dock for the boat. We'll definitely be back. Thanks, Jon for your hospitality...

Instant love for this gorgeous house

Arrived Monday for a week prior to son’s wedding. Everything was spotless. Walk into gated front area that includes a pool with an area that’s shaded and an outdoor barbecue area to the right. Tons of beach towels included. Next is the foyer and to the right is a great room with three sofas and double doors to step to the outside patio. This area and below looks onto a picturesque water setting. With a boat, which did not have, you could breez through to Lake Worth and the inter coastal waterways. Back in the house there’s three bed rooms and two and one had baths. To the right is a king en-suite and the tthe left is a hallway of full bath and two bedrooms. One with a king and one with two twin beds. Sheets and towels were aplenty. The bed linens were freshly washed with heavenly pillows. Further down that hallway is a fill sized laundry room. The second floor winds up to a huge master bedroom. High ceilings, carpeted flooring plus a huge bathroom and dressing room. There is a lovely balcony to overlook the waterway. The heart of the house is the kitchen.. amazingly stocked and organized. My four year old grandson never wanted to get out of the pool!! We were lucky to have the brides dad come over for a boat ride It’s a high functioning house on a quiet street that takes you most anywhere in 10 minute. Perfect house to. Stay if you’re with family or if you want to join in with other couples. Five stars for this house. We had a blast Jon was top notch. Weather was balmy. Great stay! Thank you!

Great, spacious North Palm home

This property was a great spot for our girl weekend in West Palm Beach. Jon was a great host and made our entire experience easy, pleasant and accommodating. The home is spacious and the pool and yard is really nice and great for relaxing and entertaining. Thank you Jon!!

Highly recommended, comfortable, spacious, clean rental

Wow! I can’t say enough positive things about this property, Jon the owner, and the entire rental process. The property is exactly as described— very clean, private, comfortable, and spacious. Jon was so helpful and very quick to respond for any questions or needs. He even came over out of his way to show us the boat lift and allowed us to use it. We traveled with two families and had kids within the range of 2-16. Anyone traveling with little ones—the multiple gates and door alarm for the pool entry gave me piece of mind. The house is a great size and there are multiple areas to spread out if needed. Slept 8 very comfortably. I highly recommend this property for renting!

Perfect for us!!!

The master suite is amazing! Very comfortable and private! The split floor plan on the main level is perfect for having more than one couple at a time visit. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The pool is great and Jon was wonderful, making sure it was at a temperature we could enjoy. Great out door space! Jon is a great host! Very quick to answer questions or address any concerns!!!

Loved this!

Jon was the perfect host, great guy, full of great info for us. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures. We loved the outdoor area so much we were always out there enjoying the pool and grill. The month went by way too fast!

Perfect Florida home for ALL families - Best Host - Private -Great Time

First, I will say Jon was by far the best host I have experienced. The house was ideal for my kids and extended family. It was very spacious and very clean and the outdoor patios and pool were private and a great time. I will be back 100% and look forward to it!

Perfect rental experience

Our vacation could not have been more perfect. Jon was the most gracious & accommodating host. He went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean & very well stocked. Perfect location. We took our 37 ft boat & had plenty of space to tie up. The pool & hot tub were great too. We would definitely return to this property or any other of Jon’s properties. Awesome place!

Work Trip

Booked house for coworkers going to trade show at West Palm Convention Center. The house was beyond perfect and even able to keep my 30' boat in the lift behind house on canal. We took boat to show every day and restaurants every night. Jon the owner made the trip even better. He was extremely helpful and was there whenever we need him. I can't wait to book again with family and do more exploring. Scott

Perfect house with boat lift on property

We stayed at the property with a group of guys to do some golfing and boating. Chose the house based on the amenities and on site boat lift with great access to local boating and we were not disappointed. The lift held our Grady White 336 Canyon without a problem and the location was perfect..short run to Peanut Island for hanging on the sand bar and also real close to the ocean for fishing. The house and property were in great shape and the host, Jon, is a great guy who was very accommodating and just wants to make sure you have a great trip. We will be back again soon
