One of my worst stays in LV..

The house is not well maintained, it’s dirty and there is a big absence of basics stuff in the kitchen(forks, bowls etc). *We bought those items for the house and the owner didn’t want to pay for. Sheets/towels were dirty, smelly and low quality. The play room its located in a garage 100ft from the house which doesn’t make it convenient.. The tv it’s not a smart tv..

Little piece of Vegas paradise

I wanted to take my wife, daughter and dog on a mini vacation for their birthdays and came across this unbelievably beautiful home. It had everything we needed and even more! So much space and yard for our dog and with a pool for us to relax and have fun in. It was actually a little chilly while we were there but we still used the pool. The gameroom was really fun too for entertaining us. The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed to cook delicious food. There’s also a BBQ pit for grilling. We’re definitely guilty of trying every bed in the house but it was well worth it they are all very comfortable. And everything from the beds, bathroom, kitchen, and everything in between was extremely clean. Lots of towels!!! Which was great with all the swimming. My daughter and wife were very happy especially our dog. Also there is soooo many stores around for any last minute items forgotten from Walmart to Whole Foods to Ross and pretty much anything you can think of in between. The strip is also very close by as well for those who want to go to casinos or clubs. Looking forward to making another trip back to this house sooner rather than later!

Big nice house with big pool .

Our family really enjoyed the house! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably! We had fun in the game room & enjoyed swimming in the pool. Also, was a good price!

Spacious Property in Prime Location

Odelya’s property was the perfect house to host some friends who were in town for my husband’s birthday. There was plenty of space (and then some) for the group - with the huge and beautiful outdoor & pool area playing Center stage for the weekend. Communication with Odelya in the lead up and during the course of our stay was quick and easy. Location in a quiet neighbourhood only 10 mins from the strip is great. Would recommend highly for large groups / gatherings who want to spend the majority of time in the backyard playing games and swimming.

Very accommodating for a big group

I really enjoyed staying at this house. I booked it for my wedding and it was perfect for everything we needed. From the moment I booked it to when my group checked out the communication with the host was awesome. I had some last minute questions before we checked in and she was able to answer them right away and get me all the information I needed. The day I arrived the host made sure everything was in place and asked if there was anything I needed. She even had a playground installed the day we got there which was a hit. It was very entertaining for the kids. The pool was also a huge plus because it was so hot outside. There was a garage in the back that had an arcade and a pool table as well but we didn’t use it much at all because it was too hot outside. Everything was clean and spacious and overall great. I would definitely recommend this place to a large group or even a small family to stay.

House is good for a big group

Pictures online were better than what it actually looked in person, a couple things were broken pantry door , bathroom door & couch was berry wobbly.Therea lot of rules to follow also very noisy neighbors who were also looking over & taking pictures of us. Host was very nice & helpful when it came to any questions we had around the house.

Amazing backyard and POOL!

We really enjoyed this property. The backyard has grass and the pool is huge. We spent the evenings in the game room playing pool and arcade games. We would definitely rent again!

Great Mini Vacation Home

This home was just perfect for my family and I on our 2022 spring break trip! Everything was clean and homey. The inside home is VERY spacious, big backyard, hot tub and our host, Odelya, was very attentive and accommodating, very quick to respond and a 10/10 all around!

Great weekend get away

We stayed here for a weekend get away with some friends. It was a terrific place, great location from the strip and the airport. Highly recommend staying here and the host was delightful!

Great stay for the price

I needed accommodations for 5 people who didn't want to stay in a hotel/resort (Covid precaution). The house is large and the neighborhood is quiet. It's a great place to rest after a day of crowds and loud casinos. We had minor issues with the linens and the owners were quick to rectify the issue. It's a great value for the price.

Staying for a Concert

Photos on line were a lot better than in person. Not a big deal since we were not there much. Some of the door handles we not working properly. Smaller shower doors did not close and water would not drain causing water to go everywhere. Home was just older than expected. Jacuzzi was not heated and area around was not clean. Owner was WONDERFUL to work with. Responded quickly and was VERY VERY Accommodating. Great location, we took a Uber everywhere and it was close to everything we needed.

Nice and spacious. Fit 10 adults comfortably. Has nice up to date features inside the home. The house itself is a little older but it was comfortable and a relaxing stay.

Excellent property!

What a great stay, lots of time spent in the marvelous pool and soaking in the sun. Many games in the garage area kept us entertained all weekend long. Thanks again for the awesome communication and being there for help whenever we needed it. We appreciate this property and the homeowner!

Quiet nice home just minutes from the strip.

This stay was exactly what we needed. It was very relaxing and we had a great week. This was a very nice home with lots of room to do things outside or inside. A couple of things not enough things to cook with. You will need a skillet to cook with. Also, not enough large bowls to cook with. We could never find dish towels. The pool is not heated. In the early spring or late fall pool, it will be freezing - but it's probably perfect for the summer. All in all this home was a great stay! We will come back again.

Beautiful house, great location

We stayed here with our adult kids, granddaughter and 2 small dogs. There was a lot of room for us to socialize and play games. Everyone was comfortable. The game room was fun for playing blackjack and shooting pool. The backyard was large and the dogs had plenty of space. It was a quick 10 minute drive when we went to the strip! The owner was very engaged and attentive. She checked in a few times to make sure we were settled comfortably and had what we needed. We didn’t end up needing anything but we know she was ready if we did. Highly recommend the house!

Family trip

It was nice with plenty of rooms. The only negative for me was that we had to clean the jacuzzi ourselves. I would have thought that would have been done prior to arrival. In all we did enjoy our stay.
