The house was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was quiet and minutes from the beach. The house was well equipped. The area was beautiful with lots of wildlife and we loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. The dogs had plenty of space to run around in the backyard and the kids enjoyed lots of board games on a rainy day. We had the most relaxing stay and did not want to leave. There are plenty of wonderful dog and kid friendly bush walks, beaches and swimming spots nearby.

Perfect for our multigenerational group. The oldies in the house, the young’uns in the studio. Generous eating places for long lunches, lovely nooks for reading or a cuppa and a chat. All the amities were modern and convenient. The doggies loved the big yard and the sunny living room.

Comfortable pet friendly beach house

A charming old style beach house with a shady big backyard and back deck, and secure fence all round tor the dog. So close to the main beach, can nip up for a swim before breakfast.

Fantastic holiday

We had a great time at this lovely house. Great location close to the beach and kids loved playing in the back garden. Excellent for 2 families with the studio as well as the house.

Close to beach and great for pets!

With a two minute walk to the dog friendly beach and a large fenced in backyard for the pets, the nest is a great location for a relaxing dog friendly getaway! Highly recommended!

Great 1950’s style beach house

Felt like stepping back in time with the colour and style. Great facilities and even had Netflix. Impressed by the sustainable products including shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid and republica coffee pods.

We stayed at PHH Nest Pet Friendly with a larger group, booking through Stayz and expecting a comfortable, well-equipped beach house as shown in the listing. The location was convenient for accessing the beach, but several aspects of the stay did not match what was advertised.A major issue was the dishwasher: it was clearly listed as an amenity but there was no dishwasher in the property. For a larger group to cook and eat together, this created a lot of extra work and made meal cleanup much more time-consuming than we had planned.Another practical concern was the air-conditioning. There is an air conditioner in the lounge, but none of the bedrooms have air conditioning, which made sleeping uncomfortable, especially for a full house. This is important information that should be clearly highlighted so guests can prepare accordingly.The general condition of the property also felt more run-down than the polished photos suggested, with furnishings and finishes looking older and more worn in person. The layout is functional and the place has potential, but the gap between the listing and reality was disappointing. Updating the property and ensuring the amenity list and photos accurately reflect the current condition would make a big difference for future guests.

Air conditioning availability is as advertised, and not all bedrooms are listed as air conditioned. This information is provided so guests can decide whether the home suits their comfort requirements, particularly for larger groups or warmer periods. If any listed amenity is believed to be missing or not functioning during a stay, this must be reported immediately so it can be checked and addressed where possible. Issues that are not raised at the time cannot be verified or rectified during the booking, as outlined in our terms and conditions. Comments regarding the general condition and furnishings are noted; however, holiday homes vary in style and age, and photos are representative rather than a guarantee of new or hotel-standard finishes. If a recently renovated or premium-standard property is required, we recommend selecting a listing that explicitly advertises those features. Based on your comments, this property may not be the best fit for your expectations, and alternative accommodation may be better suited for future stays.

Lovely stay near lovely beach.

The property was clean and well equiped other than a vacuum cleaner and hair dryer was not available and would be useful. It’s a great place for getting away from the city and noise and very close to a beautiful beach. Dogs and humans were very happy there. Thank you.

Cute Currarong Shack

Cute fibro shack. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need for a short break. New beds are very comfy. Backyard is secure and great for the dogs. Short stroll to the beach and cosy wood fire for cold nights. Thanks for having us, we will be back!!

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
