Outermost Waterfront Chatham Home w/ Wraparound Views

Right down the hill from the famous Chatham Light House, this one-floor living, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath end unit with wraparound views is as close to the ocean as you get!

This open floor plan home is steps away from the condo association’s private beach, and offers gorgeous views from almost every room. Imagine sipping your coffee early in the morning, sitting on your private deck to watch the sun rise and the tide come in.

Clamming and fishing are plentiful and this location has a protected harbor and the fastest access out to Nantucket Sound and the Atlantic. Outermost Harbor Marine Harbor is right next door. Downtown Chatham, with its restaurants and shopping, is just a walk or bike ride away. The nearby Monomoy National Wild Life Refuge offers plentiful birding and opportunities for exploring!

The living room features plenty of cozy seating and flat-screen TV. The master bedroom with queen bed and large, attached bathroom also has a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has one queen and one twin, and a large closet.

The spacious and bright kitchen has a dishwasher and all amenities you could want. Unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer, central A/C and free wifi. There are two private decks, a small one at the front of the unit, and a large deck with picnic table and umbrella, and seating-with-a-view for many friends and family.

Inside, a large dining table seats 6-8.

This is the Cape Cod lifestyle at its finest!

No smoking and no pets, please!

Our home has two parking spots in the property lot.

NOTE: We supply bedding blankets and pillows, mattress protectors, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish/hand soap.

During peak summer dates (June through mid September) a minimum one-week rental is required. Three-night rentals may be available at other times of year.

This was our second trip to this VRBO and we want to return! The views are wonderful and you are so close to all Chatham has to offer. AND it is a great place to explore Cape Cod from. Lots of places to walk and hike in the fall, and great restaurants nearby. The owner, Sarah, is wonderful to work with too! The condo is well appointed and supplied too. A very comfortable stay.

The setting is beautiful and the location is perfect for a beach vacation. Our 6 year old granddaughter loved the readily available beach and water. The adults appreciated the wonderful beach walking and being able to enjoy the gorgeous beach without getting in a car and driving. Highly recommend!

Amazing property and views. Family and kids loved it.

Stayed at this property with our two kids. The whole family loved the view from the big window, truly a great place. Host was very responsive. Property very clean. Would 10/10 book this again. The kids loved the huge viewing window. The private beach access is nice and quiet. 10th year in Chatham and this place was our favorite stay this far!

Chatham Vacation

I stayed for 3 weeks in September at this Condo. The views are spectacular because of its location. It was quiet and private and an ideal spot as a base to explore the Cape on day trips. The owner was very responsive and very good to deal with. I would definitely stay again.

Rent this place if you can

We are lucky to have gotten to stay here 3 times over the years, and I would love to go back again tomorrow. This is such a special spot with the most amazing views - it’s so fun to watch the landscape change with the tide. Very easy rental, fun layout, huge windows... Can’t wait to go back!

Spectacular views!

‘Wow, wow, wow!’ is what everyone says when they get to the top of the stairs and see the 180 degree water views from 28 Starfish Lane. Simply spectacular views. And the unit is lovely. Comfortable, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful property

The condo is just as described and very clean. Beautiful views and close to main street Chatham. Very peaceful and quiet with the beach/ocean just footsteps from the door. We had a wonderful week. Sarah is very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to visit again.

Enchanting view

The views from this property were amazing and enchanting, watching the changing landscape with the tides. The condo is well-appointed. The proximity to Chatham village makes is easy to enjoy the restaurants and shops. The only down side is lack of privacy on the decks.

Great stay

We were looking for a place on the beach where we didn’t have to walk more than a few steps to be on the beach and this was it. We didn’t even need to put on shoes. The view from the condo was simply spectacular. The pictures didn’t reflect how beautiful it was. The owners were great, very responsive. The condo itself is functional, comfortable. It could use a bit of updating. We will definitely go back
