5th room: Futon and space for air mattress if needed. 6th area that could be used for sleeping has a small pull out couch and the living room and enclosed sun porch are roomy enough for an air mattress.

We’ve got you covered with all the basics plus a crockpot, kitchen aide mixer, blender for your frozen cocktails, food processor, charcoal grill, and a full set up to serve a New England lobster dinner!
