Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2-bath home located in the heart of Knoxville. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the University of Tennessee! We have a fully stocked kitchen, large enclosed patio and a charcoal grill. Pet friendly with a $50 pet fee.

Next door we also have another home that is "attached" to this home by a separate formal dining area (dining area locked when not in use) if you need accommodations for more than 10 people. Book both homes and have 6 bedrooms total that will sleep up to 20 people utilizing the roll aways and the sofa sleeper.

The Formal dining area seats 8 at the table and 4 additional seats at the bar top.

You have the option to book the Formal dining area for an additional $75 when renting this home. Great For Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday dinners, baby showers, wedding rehearsal dinners. Just message us to let us know u would like to reserve and we will add it to the booking total. PICTURE OF FORMAL DINING HAS BEEN ADDED TO THIS LISTING BUT IS NOT INCLUDED UNLESS ADDED TO THE RESERVATION.

Beautiful house, well stocked, great layout!

Absolutely beautiful house for our family Christmas/New Year together. Living/dining/kitchen great area is great for being able to hang out together. Quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful deck/outdoor space and great communication. This was our 2nd stay here and we'll be back!

Quick graduation stay

Far from the UT due to traffic. Great stay though. Very Clean and Comfortable. Had everything you needed. Only negative part was the parking. Not enough parking.

Visit to University

The home was extremely clean and only a 25 minute drive from the university. We came in to town to visit our daughter at UTK & see a football game. It was very easy to get back and forth to the house. Paula was extremely helpful and easy to contact when questions arose. It is a beautiful, spacious, and cozy house. Plenty of room for a weekend away! I absolutely recommend this home for future bookings!

TN football weekend

This property was perfect for us. We drove 7 hours and were relieved to be in a cozy, comfortable home. We enjoyed the back patio in the mornings.

Nice and roomy and nicely appointed. Internet kept going in and out. There were old coffee grounds and filter in coffee pot. Main bathroom towels smelled musty.

Beautiful home and would recommend!

This is a beautiful home! Only my hubby and I stayed overnight but it the perfect layout as other family joined us during the day for holiday activities (baking, games/puzzles, cookie decorating, etc). My overall 4 star rating is due to several individual items needing attention/repair.

Comfortable house in a good area

We stayed for a few days at the end of our east coast trip and it was perfect for us. 5 adults and 1 baby; had plenty of room. Parking is a bit odd when there’s people staying at the other homes but it worked just fine. Would definitely stay again.

The property was just the way it was advertised; it was beautiful and comfortable. It was quiet and in a great location. If you had questions the owners were very responsive.

Very clean and nice

Everything was excellent. We cooked and it had most Everything to cook with, dishes and all.. with exception of parchment paper, waxpaper, foil paper, and salt. I know they are not required to provide these things, but it would be nice to have them there. Overall it, I highly recommend this place!

perfect for 5

House was excellent! No issue and perfect for our group of 5. We were in town for a wedding and everyone had plenty of room to change, reflect and gab. everything was first-rate and we even had coffee at our disposal...a much needed pick-me-up after the long hours. parking was a little difficult as the next door neighbors had 3 people so we parked across the parking compound out of the way. not really a big issue but a bit confusing. Loved the house.

Quiet vacation getaway

The property was very clean except the floor could use a good swifter to pick up hair etc. My only complaint was one of the bedroom doors doesn’t stay close. Minor repair needed. I would stay again
