Apart residences by the sea offer elegant apartments just a step away from the beach of the seaside resort Palanga, yet the popular Basanavicius Street with numerous bars, restaurants, and clubs is a couple of minutes’ walk away. Guests can also enjoy the Baltic seaside, bicycle and jogging tracks.

The apartments are elegant and individually decorated. There is a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a bathroom with a hairdryer and heated floors in each of them. Free Wi-Fi is provided. All rooms are air-conditioned, either built-in or in mobile units.
