A pool is located on the property in back yard surrounded by the two wings of the house for privacy . All rooms have t.v. And we provide access to Netflix for your viewing .

Convenient to cruise port and easily accommodated our large family. There are many nearby stores and restaurants. There is plenty of space for everyone. Beds were okay and pillows were not but overall a decent stay. Unfortunately We did not have time to utilize the pool.

The house was phenomenal, clean, and well equipt. Rules were clearly stated to ensure both our and the next guest's comfort. Constant clear communication throughout the process. Would definitely book again.

Fellas December Cruise

This place is perfect for a stay in Miami. The location was great. We had a great time and the property was perfect. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks better in person than photos on the site. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

We were a group of 10 family members needing to stay overnight before our cruise. The house was just as pictured and was very clean. The only thing I would suggest is to have split mini AC units in all bedrooms.

Overnight stay for cruise.

We booked the house for an overnight stay for a family cruise, the house was nice for the price we paid. Communication with George was great will book again if available for our next cruise in 2024.

George was very attentive and punctual. Very easy to access everything and communicating was great. The only thing I would advise is that you bring extra blankets the AC works great!!!

2nd stay in a week

Clean unique place the communication with the owner was very good and helped us out with allowing us to leave our luggage inside the home so we didn’t have to carry it around Miami prior to the actual check in time Quite clean and seam to be a safe area

Place to sleep

It was a place to rest our heads for a night. The strangest set up I’ve ever seen but wasn’t terrible. Spray painted cameras in living area that’s strange. Clean for the most part just strange.

Great pool and space for large group

Host was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. We had a group of 15, mostly kids, so the pool was a huge perk after long days. Kids loved playing all together in the pool. There is a nice screen canopy over the entire pool area that helps keep out bugs, debris, etc. The house had plenty of space and beds seemed comfortable for everyone. The home is older so has areas for improvement, and kitchen area posed some challenges, but overall we were happy to be together for an affordable price. Neighborhood was quiet, and property lot is large so felt private, safe and secure.
