Looking for the perfect oceanfront 3-bedroom condo? Look no more! Both the living room and the master bedroom open onto the ocean front patio, so you can enjoy your coffee sitting out in the ocean breeze. Atalaya Towers 906 has a fully equipped kitchen and the master bedroom has a king size bed. Another king, a queen and a sleeper sofa brings the accommodations number to 8! You'll enjoy an outdoor pool AND an indoor pool and hot tub, the latter two of which are open all year long. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Atalaya Towers is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 16-story complex offers a resort feel with a security locked lobby entrance, elevators, complimentary wireless internet, and vending machines. Take in the ocean sounds from a lounge chair on the expansive sundeck. If you want to feel the sand underneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Memorial Day to Labor Day enjoy swimming in the street side outdoor pool. Rainy days or in the off-season, still want to go swimming? Atalaya Towers offers an indoor pool, which is heated from mid-October to mid-April. There is also an indoor hot tub, so come on down and relax. Two parking permits are issued per unit (one pass is for onsite parking, the second pass is for parking located across the street). Motorcycles and trailers are allowed, however, they must be parked in the lot across the street. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

EXCELLENT rating

Atalaya 906 was a fantastic vacation condo… loved the indoor pool and hot tub ,,, especially since we took an after season vacation in November… it’s a beautiful facility and so convenient to everything,,, especially the great food in Murrells Inlet… we will definitely return,,, Dunes Realty was a remarkable host !!!!

Family Vacation

We having been coming to Garden City and Murrells Inlet for many many years and have stayed at Atalaya Towers, in the same unit but through a previous owner. We loved the updates. We enjoyed hanging together at night around the newly added island, playing cards and games. Always love the balcony, although the Adirondack Chairs are difficult to get in an out of for us older ones. With the warm weather, the condo was always cool and refreshing. Close to the Pier, The Marshwalk and all the regular places we like to visit when we come visit. Love the pool out back on those windy days on the beach. It was a great family vacation with our now adult children and their soon to be spouses.

Enjoyable Stay

The property was as advertised. It was clean, well appointed and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again, in fact I have already put a deposit down for the same time frame next year. The following is a list of recommendations that would enhance anyone’s stay: 1 - provide an iron and ironing board. 2 - provide hand towels for the bathrooms. Had to use bath towels to dry hands. 3 - replace the coffee maker. It is very old and leaks water, could be a safety hazard. 4 - a couple more kitchen knives would be good.

Spring Getaway

Location was great, close to excellent restaurants and activities. Everything we needed was in the condo. It was clean and the view was awesome. The only concern was that we came in late and 2 of the beds were not made. The linens were still in the packages and we had to make them up.

We had an amazing stay. Right on the beach you can hear the waves crashing all night long. Close to everything and the place was BEAUTIFUL!!!!! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay

Unit was not cleaned at check in time but was ready around 5:15. Property management (man) seemed unhappy that we were there thru Dunes Rental but the condo and stay were perfect! Loved the remodel!

Great week

The condo’s cleaning crew was short staffed so the room had a few minor issues but nothing we couldn’t fix in minutes . We understand the busy times and shortages of help. The condo was nice and had all we needed to have a great week . Loved the washer and dryer that wasn’t listed as an amenity. My favorite part was the oceanfront balcony. Any time spent off the beach was on the balcony Hope to stay in this condo again one day.
