Our Cabin is a two-level cozy cabin with great location close to downtown of Pigeon Forge TN. This charming fully furnished log cabin provides 2-bedrooms & 2-bathrooms plus a sofa sleeper in living room. It has fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, cable TV and community pool in summer, everything you will need for a wonderful get away.

First the good: the cabin was ok. It was stocked well with kitchen ware and towels. Decor was about what you would expect for the location. The beds were fairly comfortable although the mattresses were starting to get worn. Although the cabins are directly off the main highway, it was fairly quiet in the neighborhood. The street was situated near a traffic light so it was easy to get in and out. That is important to me in pigeon forge because traffic is so heavy. The shower worked well and the water was hot.Now the bad. The room was not as clean as I had hoped. There was garbage left in the room from the previous guest. One of the towels had a stain on it that looked like blood. I killed a baby cockroach in the bathroom. And there were two sink sponges in the kitchen that were both soured and smelly. There was a dishwasher but we only used one coffee cup the whole time. The floors and the counters and the furniture were clean. The hot tub was clean but there was electrical tape exposed on the control panel. This may not be any issue but it made me worry about safety.The worst part is the room was listed as wheelchair accessible. It is not accessible by any means. Other than they obvious that there is a loft with steps, there are also three steps on the porch going into the property. There were no safety bars in the showers. Also the door frames are too narrow for a wheelchair to pass through into the bedroom or the bathrooms. Barely accessible with my cane.

Cabin was nice - Location was great - Could use a better pull out couch, and better mattress on the bed, overall it was a great place to stay, and we would stay there again.Host was very helpful when we had a problem with the couch, Thank You.

The downstairs bathroom had ants. We sprayed but still had issues. We had to throw some things away that we owned because of ants being on them.

The location is perfect! The cabin needs a lot of maintenance. The handrail on the outside is rotten and broke off. The bed in downstairs bedroom is broken or bent. Mattress is like sleeping on a rock. No extra towels or washcloths, no dish cloths in kitchen. Ice maker doesn’t work. Hot tub cover is broken. Spiderwebs everywhere and smells dusty. Needs to be deep cleaned. Will not rent this cabin again.

The pullout couch was broken and it would have been nice to have some hooks in down stairs bathroom to hang things on.Otherwise everything was perfect.Great location to do all the things we wanted to do in the area.Thank you very much.

Will never stay here again

There are so many things wrong with this property it’s kinda hard to pick a starting point but here ya go.1 lower floor bed had sweaty smelly sheets on it. When I asked Ivy to fix the problem she basically said to fix it myself and told me where to find the sheets2 ceiling fan in the living room did not work. Big deal right? But the upstairs bedroom stays hot. and the ceiling fan would have helped pull the heat off of the ceiling. 3 fireplace does not work. It’s summer time but I paid for it. 4 ants in the kitchen and in upstairs bathroom.5 one of the four chairs on the front deck was broken6 shower head in upstairs bathroom barely puts out enough water to get the job done.7 slider webs and spiders8 upstairs bathroom exhaust fan does not work.9 ice maker in the refrigerator does not work.10 most of the window shades do not work. 11 furniture and TV need replaced.This place needs a thorough cleaning and sprayed for bugs. It also needs an experienced maintenance guy to look over the entire place a repair every thing he finds wrong

The cabin was beautiful but be prepared to bring you own toilet paper and towels. We had not even 1 full roll of TP. The head board to the bed was either broke or super loose. It was a beautiful place but did like the accommodations.

While the property benefits from a great location, other aspects fell short.”.. I want to give an honest review so I’ll start with the cleanliness of the property wasn’t great, lots of spiderwebs the property needs a deep clean lots of dust. I went to cook breakfast for my family only 2 of the 4 stove tops worked. Down stairs bedroom needs a new bed set it’s wobbly felt like if we moved bed would break. Internet was terrible only a few channels on TV… that was my first and last time staying there. I stayed June 15-17
