Location, Location, Location! Sleeps 23 in beds!!! The Tourist Trap is a beautiful 6 bedroom (+ Additional sleeping Loft area) 4.5 bath home that sits directly on the sugary white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. ZERO steps to the Beach - You are already there!

Home is approximately 2900 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the Emerald water. Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media/Game room for the kids upstairs with game tables and large flat screen.

With over 1800 sq. feet of outside decking (with 450 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), the Tourist Trap is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! Excellent layout for large groups!

Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. Large kitchen table seats 8-10 + 4 more at the standard height kitchen bar (plenty of outside dining as well - 15 more!).

Home also boasts plenty of parking for boats, motorcycles, or RV's. Come make memories and enjoy this wonderful home with your family. For your LARGE groups you can also rent 2 more homes next door - they have Private Pools also!

Home is located on Surf Drive (West end of Thomas Drive area). Walk across the street to Captain Jack's Crab Leg Buffet or drive just 3 minutes to Schooner's, Montego Bay, Scampi's, and many other restaurants. Home is also just a short 5-minute drive to St. Andrews Bay and the world-famous Captain Anderson's Restaurant, The Boat Yard, The Treasure Ship, and much more. House is NEW and Absolutely Beautiful.

3 families booked this home and we enjoyed it so much ! On the part of things needed I believe dish towels to be very important and they didn’t have any but the washer was broken when we arrived but was immediately replaced but I felt the dryer may be going out as well took 3/4 tumbles to dry anything but overall we loved it and would book again

Wonderful Trip

The heated pool and the beachfront home were fabulous! The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need. The patio furniture was comfortable and the beach was not crowded.

Great stay!

We had a nice stay at Tourist Trap! It’s a nice area and close to a lot of restaurants. You can’t beat the view and convenience of having a pool and beach so close. There were 7 of us ranging from 17-70.

Perfect for our family!

Perfect house size and location for our family. On the beach with pool and hot tub. All was perfect for our group. House had great size rooms and well appointed. We would definitely return.

Beach perfect

Adequate sleeping arrangement. Appreciated the added wine glass - requested for each adult and when we arrived there were new glasses just delivered. Really no negatives. Location was great for restaurants. Beach was great.

So Perfect

Property was very clean, communication with host was SUPERB and fast. The house is very well stocked even with a few beach toys, puzzles, and books to read. King beds were good, kids beds were pretty hard but after a long, fun day, no one complained lol. Easy area to get around. Loved our stay❣️

A great family experience

Much more than we expected. Looks like the property had been upgraded from the photographs. Everything fresh and clean. Property management was excellent. Response time for questions was within minutes and helpful. Would highly recommend there rental houses they take care of their guest.

Tourist trap

I liked the house. There was a lot of rules was worried about that constantly. Made it a little restrictive. I felt like there should have been more amenities. Aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, toilet paper, etc. What else?

It worked

Great location, beautiful home until you start looking closely. Lighting fixtures falling down, water damage in bathroom ceiling, plumbing backwards in one bathroom, cupboards were dirty/sticky, dishes were dirty in cupboards, dishwasher basket for silverware huge holes so handwash silverware, foosball table with no foosball. But if you are looking for the beach it was amazing. The pool and hot tub were nice for kids to play in. Close to a lot of things to do in town.

Finding the listing was fine but the check in instructions went to my spam mail while payment information did not. This was our first VRBO experience and we did not understand we would need to provide hot pads and kitchen towels and kitchen wash clothes. The patio door was very hard to open. The pool and hot tub were awesome as was view and being able to step off deck and be on the beach.

Chapter 60

13 highschool girlfriends gathered together to celebrate our 60th birthdays! We all graduated from Apollo High School in Owensboro, KY in 1981. We came from KY, TN, CA, TX, and AL to have the time of our lives! This house was perfect for us! Everyone thought it was beautifully decorated and so roomy for all of us to gather together! It is just a few steps to the white sand from the house and the views were outstanding! There is a little restaurant/bar called the Alibi within walking distance from the house that we went to twice! Long days at the beach with beautiful sunsets were the best! Thank you for the use of your home! Here’s to Chapter 61!

Perfect for a large group!

Pros: This property is beautiful and fit our family of 16 perfectly. The home is spacious, allowing everyone to spread out. We loved the deck, pool, and hot tub and spent several hours out there each day. The kitchen is large and has many of the common things you'll need. Having the majority of the bedrooms upstairs allowed us to put small children to bed, while not having to worry about noise. Cons: When we were getting ready to crawl into bed late the first night, we found that many of the bed sheets were dirty and not washed after the previous renters. We found hair ties, hair, sand, and dirt in 3 of the beds. The trundle beds have a very thin mattress and were filthy when we pulled them out. Although we planned to have children sleep on those, we ended up not using them. We would definitely consider staying here again. However, lesson learned to check all the bedding immediately after checking in vs. waiting until everyone is exhausted and ready for bed.

Not quite what was expected.

The house needed to be cleaned better. The floors were dirty. There was dirty sponges, etc under the kitchen sink as well as dirty debris. The bathroom showers all had mildew and gunk on the outside of the doors.There was a closet upstairs with a drop down floor. Lots of what appeard to be discarded items thrown in it. I worried the children might go inside. It looked like a death trap. There was a lock on the door but it was not locked! Changed sheets on some of the beds because appearance made us wonder about cleanliness and freshness. I always carry extra sheets. The layout was awesome. With a little work this place could turn into an excellent property. I was disappointed. The pictures made it look great. A little misleading.

Fantastic Location

Next time I would pick the house next door. Our rental did not include cushions for the pool chairs, which were uncomfortable. Ice maker was broken entire week. No beach chairs provided.without up-charge. Had to pay extra $200 to heat pool (in December), For size of house, not many towels provided. However the management company was quite nice quick response to questions and would use the same company again- just a different property.

Great location and perfect for large family or friend group!

Great location, away from the larger crowds but still in the middle of everything! Was great for our family vacation! Plenty of room for 12 adults and 8 kids and could have fit more! Could use some basic maintenance on a few things but overall great place. Loved the private pool and hot tub!

50th wedding anniversary with family

Manager was excellent to work with! We got in 3 hrs early! Great location. The beach, hot tub and pool were excellent features! Our family of 18 loved it. Didn’t want the time spent there over. We would definitely be returning!
