A modern well appointed property, stunning water views, right on waters edge. It comprises 4 bedrooms, a separate games area with TV, pool table & table tennis table. The large family area is great for entertaining & relaxing while enjoying the views. BBQ is on premises for guests to use.
This place is a great place to visit the many interesting areas around the Fleurieu, from the wineries at Langhorne Creek to the beaches along the coast, come and enjoy!

Relaxing getaway

Great location for relaxing, fishing, kayaking and swimming. Pool table and table tennis table great Close to shops, food, coffee etc in Goolwa, Middleton, Port Elliott and Victor.

Fabulous break

An ideal house for a holiday. Well equipped in a beautiful location. The owner was very helpful as well and we all had a delightful stay. Looking forward to going back another time.

Tranquil setting

Extremely happy with the property and the location. It was like a home away from home with all we needed and more. We especially loved the access down to the waterway and found the overall setting to be so tranquil. We can’t wait to return:)

Great Property

House was very clean and communication by owner was great. Unfortunately the weather was horrible the weekend we stayed but there were so many things inside the home to do which kept 8 adults more than entertained.

Hands up if you need time out?

Breathtaking views, space to unwind, time to relax. All of this and more when you stay at this property. Well appointed rooms with space to be together or apart. Spend time by the water or playing a game of pool. Cook up a feast in a kitchen that has it all. Sleep peacefully through the night, not a sound to disturb you. A great place to just be.

Lovely

Nice, clean, comfortable house for a group of friends. The only weird thing was having the Bbq right in the middle of the living room. As well as all the outdoor dining chairs in the kitchen. We had no use for either and so had to just put up with them inside all weekend, getting in the way. It’s not a big deal, I just didn’t love it.

One electric day

A very short but comfortable stay. As advertised, It would sleep 10 comfortably, lots of space. For a longer stay, people might like Wifi which is not available. No linen is provided, for some it might be important, just becomes another item to carry. The house was very clean.

Thank you we had a fantastic time again!

Perfect destination to celebrate Christmas with the family (or any other family get together). Very relaxing and beautiful outlook over the marina. Outdoor blinds a great edition to enjoy the verandah. Plenty of kid/family friendly things to do table tennis, eight ball, bocce, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Just need the weather to turn it on next time we visit 🤞🏼

Fun for all the family on HI!

Spent a lovely few days over Xmas at the property. Was a perfect base and had everything that we needed. Highly recommend and looking forward to our return visit!
