The building is very secure and features a 24-hour front desk.<br>Recently renovated apartment decorated by a famous architect, featuring a cool and sophisticated design.<br><br>Located on the 9th floor of a high-end condominium in the Batel / Downtown neighborhood, you’ll enjoy a full range of amenities for your leisure and relaxation: heated and climate-controlled pool, sauna, gym, playroom, laundry room, and office space.<br><br>This 30 m² studio features a specially decorated bedroom with a queen-size bed and a luxury pillow-top mattress; the private bathroom includes a turbo hair dryer, exclusive linens, hot and cold air conditioning, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, and a 40" flat-screen Smart TV with Wi-Fi, Netflix, and YouTube access.<br><br>The unit features a desk with an executive chair, an electric kettle, an Oster coffee maker and a sandwich maker, a blender, an iron, a hair dryer, a toaster, and a popcorn maker. You can also enjoy a kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. During your stay, any person you need to host in the apartment/house will only be granted access if they have been listed in advance (with full name and ID number) as an additional guest on your reservation.<br><br>- Clean, fresh-smelling sheets and towels are waiting for you.<br>- Linens: Sheets and towels are not changed daily; I recommend always hanging up the towels after use to keep them dry until your next shower. For stays of 7 days or more, linens are changed weekly, subject to prior scheduling with the team that manages my accommodations.<br><br>- Full laundry service.
