Gather for drinks at sunset in the sitting area, or make use of the outdoor kitchen, dining area and fireplace. You can even relax a little more as you step down to the idyllic pool or recline poolside under the shade of the umbrella. While you’re in the town centre, take a walk around the Cape Byron Walking Track and explore the spectacular coastline, or enjoy water sports such as kayaking or kite surfing. If you’d rather experience the very best of the Byron hinterland you’re ideally placed. There are World Heritage-listed rainforests and national parks within easy reach, while you have a great choice of local produce and dining in the hinterland villages.

BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS

All of our Byron Bay houses have firm no party policies with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.

Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 6pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.

Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.

A $3,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.

Can sleep up to 8 adults & 4 additional children on trundle beds if required
