This home is on a private road in a cul-de-sac with 5 other homes. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Downstairs there is a 4th bedroom, a full bath, washer/dryer, as well as a second living room/bedroom which includes 2 twin beds.

Just 15 minutes from UT and Downtown as well as Turkey Creek for lots of shopping and restaurants. 5 minutes from Deadhorse Golf Course. Also just 5 minutes off I-40

We have a fenced in backyard for your dogs to play in. Pet friendly with a $50 pet fee per pet max 2 pets

Quiet neighborhood. Fenced backyard for pets. Relatively close to shopping for groceries and amenities. Bit of a trip to the old Knoxville but overall pretty convenient. Very good fit for large groups.

Graduation stay

We needed a rental for my daughter’s college graduation at UT. Paula was so easy to work with and very helpful. We loved the 5 bedrooms. Close enough to all the places we needed to attend.

Great location to activities, yet in a very quiet cul de sac with wooded back yard

Paula was great! She went above and beyond to gather important UPS mail for me that I had to send to the site before I arrived. Life saver!! She left two puzzles for the 5 yo twins we had. Very pleased! Only improvement would be to lessen the noise from upstairs floors/stairs squeaking/creaking heard loud from downstairs guests.

Great property, excellent hosts

This was exactly what we needed, clean and comfortable. At one point we needed to contact the hosts, Brenda and Paula, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We would gladly stay at any of their properties again. We also recommend their properties to anyone that is looking for a place to stay.

Disappointed in Knoxville

Property look good on line but upon arrival for our daughters graduation with my 82 year old parents the front door step is extremely high, house was clean the back yard and deck looked nice but we could only look from the inside as the door to the deck and back yard was locked and the only access we could find was to walk around the side of the house and go thru a gate, not ideal. Upon arrival we noticed several extension cords running from every electrical outlet, made us feel slightly uncomfortable. Opened the freezer which was iced over and the ice machine never worked? Took a shower in the upstairs bathroom and somehow the downstairs bathroom floor was soaked, not sure if the downstairs shower was leaking or coming from the upstairs bathroom? Attempted to run the dishwasher as directed by their instructions but the dishwasher started gushing water out of the side. Two of the t.v.s never worked and we were directed to take all three garbage containers to the road on Thursday night they were slapped full from someone else. The good thing was we were only there for 2 nights and really only used as sleeping quarters for the graduation, but the house did seem clean, also there was a container of food in the refrigerator when we arrived.

Great house for large group

Great space, exactly as described and clean! 20 minutes to UT, restaurants and stores within mile and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Owner was quick to reply. Definitely recommend and would come back next time we visit Knoxville.

Cedar Bluff stay

Lots of family in to celebrate family. Lots of room. Close to places to shop and things to do in Knoxville. A bit of a drive to Gatlinburg/Smokey Mtn area, but a really nice one. Great central location if you are exploring this area.

Family vacation!

We had a great time with family! We rented 2 side by side properties for our large family while we visited other family members in the area. The property was in a great location for shopping and restaurants many within a 5-10 minute drive. The living area in the house was very spacious and comfortable for a large group. The house was on a dead end street where our grandchildren had lots of space to play outside. The home could use a few updates and maybe some more kitchen accessories but overall it was super clean, attractive and met our needs. The AC worked great and we would stay again!
