The Enclave 902 is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath unit with stunning panoramic Gulf-front views from the 9th floor. This condo is within walking distance to all Orange Beach shopping and dining, making it the perfect home-away-from-home.

Unit Features:

• Balcony access from the living room and the primary bedroom

• Carpet in the bedrooms and tile flooring throughout the rest of the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats eight with four additional barstools

• Washer and dryer located inside the unit

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Third bedroom features two double beds

• Smoke-free complex: Smoking is only permitted in the designated BBQ area

• Keyless entry—no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

• Parking: Maximum of one car per unit. Parking passes are $50 each, plus tax, and limited to one per unit. Guests must provide registration information in advance and will purchase passes online via a link sent after registration. One additional spot may be available via the portal upon arrival.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Due to recent incidents of credit card fraud, we have implemented additional security measures to protect our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process.

If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. Great stay

Very clean. Sliding glass door from bedroom to balcony worked fine (previous reviews said it didn't, so it has been repaired). Master bath toilet light bulb was DOA but management promptly replaced first thing the next morning with no hassle. Plenty of space for all 5 of us to relax, would easily accommodate more.

Love the enclave

Garbage disposal was broken couldn’t get dishwasher to work til maintenance came to fix disposal he had to call someone else so I washed dishes by hand for 3 of the 5 days we stayed and there was no spatula no coffee pot other than Keurig and so I had to go buy a coffee pot of my own

The perfect place for families

Amazing accommodations for a large family with small children. The balcony wall is the safety feature that brings us back to The Enclave year after year. The rooms are well furnished, clean, and spacious. Attention to detail is a priority for this owner, as well.

Great time !

We absolutely loved this property and location ! The layout was amazing as was the entire condo and coziness of the place. Everything was exactly as the pictures appear! The only downside was the master patio door was sealed shut and not accessible to the balcony. (Not a major problem, but still) Aside from that, we will definitely be booking again in the future!

Good location

It was a nice place but had a little smell,but once we spayed room freshener it was fine. The balcony could have been cleaner, you can tell it hadn’t been mopped in a while. The master bathroom still had trash in the trash can so someone isn’t doing their job very well.But over all we had a good time

Enclave 902

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. Overall a great experience. However, was very disappointed in the wifi. We couldn’t watch tv without it constantly buffering and we could not use our phones without it kicking us off and using our data. My husband had to do some work while here and had trouble with zoom calls and my daughter needed to take her final and it was very difficult.

Much less desirable than anticipated

There is SO much maintenance that needs to be done to this condo. The location is amazing. The parking is a nightmare. The indoor pool is very nice, sliding glass door in the living room can hardly open (very very hard to open) There are lots of loose tiles, cracked tiles, water spots, peeling wallpaper, leaking tub, shower door FELL OFF, out dated and broken verticals blinds, holes in the wall. For the price point we were so disappointed.

Checkin delayed due to busted pipe / cleaning. Got in over hour late. dishwasher wasn’t emptied so no idea if those were clean or dirty. Tvs in bedrooms didn’t change channels, living room did, master not sure didn’t turn on. ceiling fan & base boards super dirty. lamp in bedroom with two beds didn’t have outlet so only had light when plugged in on floor. location great. parking not so great. We come from 3 different parts of Alabama & one car has to park almost a mile away for an additional $25 a day. We couldn’t go anywhere bc we weren’t guaranteed a parkin spot when we got back. no salt or pepper in kitchen ((odd))

Great location, great condo!

We loved staying here! My husband and I, and our 5 children had plenty of space. The location right on the beach was perfect! The condo pool was zero entry that went to five feet so very child friendly. Across the street were shopping centers within walking distance with resturants, ice cream, groceries, and beach stuff. We had a fantastic time!

Not Happy

I have never stayed in a place that was this dirty. Food on bed post, ceiling fans had not been cleaned in a very long time. If they had been they would have seen the maxi pad holding the chain to the bottom. Yup exactly what I said. Mold in master shower, floors were dirty. Oven was so dirty and nasty. Blender broke first used. Bulbs kept blowing, pictures fell off wall. Dining table is just pure nasty. Someone came to our condo to check something without any of us being aware of it. The parking is the worst thing I have ever seen. Pool Not clean, lights hanging in the water and red. Pool area was never swept and cleaned. I have been to that area as a family tradition for 40 years and I have never had these problems. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Nasty! They want to come clean with my things in there . No to late when we cleaned and did not want to sit there and wait for a cleaning crew to clean. Was not leaving my personal affects in the condo while they clean. We had 4 condos rented and family next door and down the beach. I pad good money and way to much for it all and not to enjoy. You advertise this place and I couldn’t even open the master doors to go sit on patio. The worst ever. Upset me so bad and I felt bad about telling family pictures looks good. Parking and we had to pay and walk another mile or two. Really! If the owners are not there at least open those spaces up. Oh and let’s not forget the rocking and rollling toilet in master bath. Loud one at that. Everyday something to add. Tacks sticking in your feet from carpet . Will not recommend

Anniversary trip

Great location with a nice view. Although it does need a little more attention to cleanliness and caretaking done. No real check in but kinda a hassle to find security to get your parking passes.

We had an amazing time! The Condo was beautiful but did run into some issues. The pull out couch was broken, the carpet in the master bedroom was wet upon entry. Small sand bags were under the carpet in front of the sliding glass doors. The base board was taken off the wall and propped up with nails sticking out and we had small children with us. We were given a heads up to clean when we arrived, which we did. Of course the kids found a few fake fingernails and fake eyelashes. Although we enjoyed our stay, I would have expected not to run in to these issues.
