Comfy Lovelock Home Near Freeway

Built in the early 1900's, our building was originally a plumbing shop and was later used for upholstery storage and the satellite office of the Reno-based Lincoln Heating and Air. The building was turned into a living unit when Lincoln Heating and Air no longer needed it. You will be able to tell its age by noting the angles and slight slopes of the floors and walls from settling over 100 years. The building was completely renovated and furnished for your comfort.

Outstanding property, very clean, well-stocked. Loved the old charm. Host responded to every question, and in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this place and next time we visit will stay here.

Cute little property

Shower water was backwards and some hair on the sink but place was super nice. Was happy that it was stocked with things I needed to prep food and the washer was an added plus! Thank you. Would stay again.

Grandsons Graduation trip

I have stayed at property three times and this was the first time my wife was with me. my son and grandchildren live here so we will always choose you place to stay every time we come back to visit. The only item I wanted to bring to your attention was that bugs are able to come in underneath the bottom of the front door so you may want to look into putting a new door sweep to seal that gap. Thanks.

nice setup!

Great two bedroom setup with enough room in living room for a third person on a blow up mattress (Included). Easy to get in and out of the home. Very clean. Well stocked with coffee pods. Really nice Livingroom couches and TV.

Perfect spot for a travel nurse

With two healthcare facilities within 10 minutes, this is the perfect place for a travel nurse. David is the perfect host and is very accommodating. His goal is to ensure that his guests are comfortable and well cared for. If I am ever back in Lovelock, I will be looking to see if this studio is available.

Phenomenal experience!

What makes this stay phenomenal is not just the physical address. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is phenomenal. There was a planned power outage during my stay and the owner ensured I had extra blankets, LED lanterns and flashlights. There was also bottled water in the refrigerator in case I needed it.

Travel Nurse paradise

As always, the owner provides a little bit of heaven in the properties. He is also quite cognizant of the pandemic and has a cleaning crew in between guests come in and sanitize his properties. It is especially nice as a nurse working in patient care to have a clean and safe place to come back to after long shifts. Comfy mattresses and all of the comforts of home make this a special place.

Perfect stay for a travel nurse

This property has the same owner as the previous property I stayed in and I plan on trying to stay with this property owner for as long as I am in Lovelock! Not only did this property have the same level of security as the previous one, but the decor and amenities make this much more “home like” than a generic hotel room. Perfect place to come back to after a 12 hour shift on my feet all day.

This property was VERY VERY clean. It was very comfortable for a working stay. Cozy warm beds. The place was warm when we arrived. Nice large TV. Coffee provided. A cozy home and nicer than I expected.

The unit was great...even has a washer and dryer. Only complaint is that the lock combination had not been changed since last time I stayed there several months ago. This is a safety issue and I did inform owner he should change key combination every time.
