Beautiful retreat in Rye,set among moonah & ti trees,close to ocean&bay beaches

16 minute walk/2 minute drive to Number 16 ocean beach/general store, 5 minute drive to front beach.
Spacious and bright open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Sliding doors open to an outdoor deck with a barbeque, electric remote controlled awning, and a natural, landscaped garden surrounded by native moonah and tea trees. Slide and tyre/rope swing suitable for young children. There is a second and spacious elevated decking area at the back of the garden.
Well equipped kitchen with french door fridge/freezer, in built SMEG electric oven and SMEG gas hot plate, microwave, air fryer and dishwasher.
4 generously sized bedrooms, master with walk in robe and ensuite with shower, all other bedrooms with inbuilt wardrobes. Portacot and child booster seat available on request.
Second large bathroom with spacious shower (ideal for young children after a day at the beach) and laundry with modern washing machine/dryer,
Ducted heating and split system air-conditioning

5 minute drive from Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses and wineries in easy reach.

Sorry, but strictly no schoolies group bookings accepted.

Wonderful place to stay

We loved our stay at this house. It's beautifully appointed, with a great indoor/outdoor flow to a stunning tiered garden. The house has everything you need (kitchen is particularly well appointed) and there is lots of room for the whole family to have their own space. We hope to return, and recommend highly to anyone looking.

Amazing Space

Our little family of 4 had a wonderful time in the comfiest beds, softest towels and perfectly appointed kitchen. We were sad we couldn't get the dates we wanted to stay again next year! Highly recommend!

Delightful Mini Break

We took in the sites of Rye and the Mornington Peninsula including the new Alba Hot Springs. We had a great stay at Rye! The property was clean, light, spacious and had everything we needed. This was my second time staying and I may well make it a third! Hosts were responsive and left great instructions.

The house is clean and very well presented.

The house was fantastic, clean, spacious, awesome garden . It was one of the best hollidays our family has had. The house is a place to stay with family, it is a place to get together. The house is verry open and welcoming.

Beautiful house, great hospitality, very clean & modern

Perfect house for a family. Very very clean & modern house with all the amenities you may need. Backyard is a bonus, with a slide & tyre swing for the kids. Highly recommend!

Our hosts were very helpful friendly, considerate and caring.

The property was more than we had expected! Stunning inside n out. All amenities provided, very clean n modern. We could not have asked for better property to stay at. Beds were so comfortable n cosy. We enjoyed being within walking distances to beach and shop. Very relaxing and enjoyable weekend away. Would recommend to anyone to stay here. We will certainly look at booking here again in the future.
