Long term tennants rents basement suite. Completely seperate unit.Separate entrance , kitchen and washer and Dryer .You won't even see them.

Great neighbourhood, house was nice and clean, check in and out was super easy. Nice little extra touches like microwave popcorn in the pantry were much appreciated too. Thanks for a great 6 nights in Lloydminster!

Review of Lloyd house

The location was great and the pictures are exactly what the house looks like. Nice and modern and clean. The host responded quickly to messages. The host was very accommodating as well as we were dealing with winter weather conditions and we were waiting to see if roads opened up if we could leave at checkout time.

Amazingly comfortable home

This home has all the amenities you could think of, and is in a quiet residential area close to everything. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and generous- we even had yummy snacks left for us! We'll stay here every time we're in Lloyd- can't recommend enough. Thank you!

Awesome Place to stay

This house was beautiful & clean. A lot of added stuff like chocolate :) I loved it here. Would definitely stay here again.

I decided to list my property on Vrbo because i moved to Calgary to be closer to my little boy. I now can be close to him with a rental property in Lloydminster.

この宿泊施設の特徴

I love this property because i did a lot of the work myself. Im an electrician by trade and wired the whole house. I also built the fence and deck and did the whole basement. This was my home for years and loved every moment of it. Im now glad i can share with others and make them feel like its their home away from home.
