This 4-bedroom, 3 ½ bath home sleeps 11 and features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 12. All bedrooms have TVs, and 3 include ceiling fans. Additional living space is available in a separate sitting area, and a washer and dryer are provided for guest use. The home also offers WiFi and expanded cable service.

Enjoy the outdoor amenities, including a private pool (pool heater with surcharge), enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, front and back decks, covered and screened porches, rockers and deck/porch furniture, charcoal grill, and guest storage. Beach access is conveniently located directly across Ocean Boulevard between 1185 & 1187 OBW.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can only maintain 8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the outside temperature is below 55°F and will not be turned on June–August.
