Bay Princess 304 is a recently renovated and decorator furnished bay front condo in convenient midtown location on 81st Street. Just a little over one block to the beach, there is a traffic light and crosswalk right at 81st making it easy to get to the ocean. This gorgeous two bedroom, two bath unit features contrasting vivid and neutral colors with tiled floors, updated living room furniture, and a separate dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has newer appliances and breakfast bar to make it easy to prepare and serve meals before and after longs days in the sun and surf. When you want to relax and take in the views, simply step onto the west facing, bayfront balcony where in the evenings, you can catch the spectacle of the setting sun. Bay Princess amenities include a bay front outdoor pool, outside shower for rinsing off, elevator for ease of access and two parking spots. The midtown location is super convenient to a number of popular restaurants and stores including Ropewalk, Liquid Assets, Layton's, Royal Farms, The Wine Rack and more. Sleeping up to six guests, bed sizes include a queen in the primary and two full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property rents with Wednesday and Saturday check in and check out in season and any three nights off season.
Bay Princess is a Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping building except for designated parking lot areas. No pets, please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Exactly as described. Only real complaint is the water was off when we arrived for our late check-in. It was fixed immediately though.

Unpleasant and rude pool watcher ruined everyone's vacation, not just us!

The condo was nice and had a fairly nice view if you looked past the back of a hotel and a lot of garbage bins (#304). I knew we needed sheets and towels but ZERO bathroom tissue on arrival was unexpected and unpleasant. The bedrooms have windows that face to concrete open space which ECHO every little thing VERY LOUDLY. Beds were not comfortable and bathrooms were dark. Everything working well. Now to the part that ruined my vacation. My family was staying in a condo ocean side and i invited my grandkids (8 and 6) over for a swim in the pool. We have 6 passes and NOWHERE does it say you can't have guests. I travel ALL THE TIME and have never been treated so poorly. She was vicious and would not let the kids in, even though no one was at the pool and i was trying to follow rules, only 3 of us (6 passes!). Just ridiculous. Where are the rules we asked? She just shook her head and went on about people trying to get in all the time. She said people pay a lot of money to stay here. I said, so did i and i have never been treated like low class citizen, i am a Dr. and the children are extremely well behaved. I heard her challenging others and making people go back multiple times to have the right info to get in. She was like a drill sergeant walking around yelling at people. I would NEVER stay here again, and would strongly recommend avoiding. Totally ruined this trip and confirmed that Ocean City is full of low class people. There are better places to vacation where you get treated properly.

Great place would stay again

Us, in laws and two kids (4 and 5 to) stayed for a week. Loved the location and outdoor space. Apartment was well stocked. FYI it did have beach chairs and beach toys, I had asked prior and the management said most likely no so we brought all of our stuff and we really didn’t have to. Pool was awesome too, clean, warm water and never too crowded Two comments we did have is that mattresses could use being updated and also rugs in the hallway and queen bedroom need to be shampooed, they had a mild odor. Otherwise great place!

Wonderful location

Nice unit and great location--mid OC location and only a couple of blocks to the beach with a crosswalk at the light on the coastal highway. Just wish the sofa was a sleeper sofa. Our group really needed 3 sleeping locations. Having the 2 double beds in the same room was not ideal. Security at the condo was also a bit weird. Four of us over-55 and one using a walker (no drinks, cigarettes or boisterous behavior) went outside by the bulkhead near the pool to watch the sunset and the security man asked us where we were staying. No problem--we told him, but he stayed around and kept an eye on us for 20 minutes and even got in the elevator with us when we went back up to the unit. He was polite, but it was very creepy.

4th of July get away

The place was beautifully decorated and spacious. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Beach within walking distance. A very enjoyable stay. We’ll be staying there again.

It was ok.

There was a tile missing in the ceiling above the main shower with a sign saying “leak here.” The TV’s in the bedrooms did not work and the dryer did not dry cloths well. I had to put the dryer on for 2.5 hours to get the cloths to dry.
