Beautiful Condominium with Ocean Views!

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this beautifully maintained Villamare condominium, thoughtfully designed with attention to detail throughout.

The kitchen features stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinetry, making meal preparation simple and convenient. The living, dining, and bedroom areas are furnished with comfortable, stylish pieces that create a welcoming coastal beach vibe.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, its own balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.

With the beach, local dining, and golf just minutes away, this condo is the perfect base for a relaxing Hilton Head getaway.

Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

**Villamare Painting Project commencing on September 15th, 2025.This includes stucco repair, balcony and ceiling enhancements, roof repairs, and painting. Expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies during this period, along with accompanying noise. The entire undertaking is expected to be completed by March 30th, 2026.

This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.

Location to the beach was perfect and we could see the ocean outside our window and from the balcony. We ran out of hot water after 2 people showered so we staggered our showers throughout our visit. I would have liked to have received an email prior to my check in confirming the reservation I made 3 months in advance. We did enjoy our visit and would consider reserving 3231 Villamare again in the future.

The unit was impeccably clean when we arrived (which is a serious requirement for my wife-a surgical nurse) it is well appointed and has everything you need, and has easy access to the beach and pool. The view from the porches is beautiful, the location is quiet and peaceful and the pool areas have been recently updated and are extremely well maintained. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more and plan to make another trip back later this year.

Great location to walk to core Dunes facilities!

Lovely villa and obviously an owner’s rental that they stay in(quality furnishings, etc...). The only cons were there were literally ZERO glass drinkwear. We brought a few great bottles of wine and yuk only plastic in the entire place!?! Aside from that upon arrival the ac was broken and while someone fixed it the next am there was zero communication from any of the apps and messages sent. Beautiful place that we’d stay again just brink your own stemware! Suggestions to owners(fix the ac condensate drain *what was broken and they said will break again likely, fix the spare bath toilet, and put 2-3 glass glasses in the unit.)
