French door fridge with water and ice, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher , laundry room with washer and dryer! Master bedroom with walk in closet, 2nd bedroom, amazing ex large bath with walk in shower, jacuzzi soaked tub with adjustable jets!
Home is located Downton Salem! Walk or bike to Bush Park, Willamette University, Salem Hospital, Water front park! Grocery stores, restaurants, clothing boutiques, coffee shops, all within walking distance!

You have your own private off street parking space, private entrance, large fenced back yard!
2 Permanent quiet, respectful guest live in main story of 1900's refurbished home, also a sweet , loving 50 lb non barking dog!

We loved the Cozy Cellar!

Every bit as lovely as described, maybe even more so. This was the perfect location for us as we visited family in Salem. We were there during a record-breaking heat wave (multiple days over 100 F.). Our subterranean Cozy Cellar retreat was plenty cool, even without supplemental AC. The hostess's lovely fenced-in backyard with veggie and flower beds were a nice plus. A perfect, safe place to host our young grandkids (ages 4, 2, and 5 months) for a picnic and ice cream. We visit Salem regularly and we're hoping to book the Cozy Cellar again.

Perfect Location

Carly had amazing communication and the place was perfect. The location was great for dining and shopping in downtown. Quick drive to amazing vineyards, waterfalls, and the coast.

Charming AF

We so loved our stay. We felt at ease and comfortable. Fully stocked. Hostess thought of everything. I enjoyed the handwritten card and chocolates. The coffee station was a pleasant surprise. Easy check in. Loved the spacious bathroom.

House is an turn of the century Cottage Bungalow. love the older home. the home is in an older part of Salem, lots of great old homes with lots of caricature. Home is close to the "Governors Mansion". Bush Park , very historical area.

love the older home. Basement is like a quiet retreat from the city life, only the city is just blocks away. love the private back yard and sitting area.
