This property was perfect for our family. Fully equipped house literally a block away from the beach. Exactly as pictured/advertised Owners were very accommodating amd responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach House

Great place located very close to the beach access point. Ideal for family/friend vacations with the large bathrooms and amount of bedrooms. The house is much larger than the pictures show. We had our 18 month old with us. The house was safe and accessible for him. The property hosts responded very quickly to messages and access was easy. The house was well stocked with kitchen/bath/outdoor/beach/living essentials and extras.I would highly recommend and book again.

Great get-a-way!

Great location as it's close to the beach and local restaurants/shops. The cottage was clean and well kept. Check-in was easy and smooth. Would stay again.

Cape May beach house

Joe the owner was great and sent someone over immediately when we had an issue with the refrigerator which ended up being our fault. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. House is older but very quaint and quiet one block from the bay and only 15-20 min the wildwood.

Week before Labor Day

Great location! Quiet residential area. 1 block to the beach and walking distance to the ferry area. We liked the house a lot. Perfect for a family of 8. Clean and comfortable.

We did a one night stay - accurate listing. I rated five for communication with host but it wasn't necessary with check-in instructions clear and simple. Neighborhood was quiet and short walk to the beach was really beautiful to watch the sunset

Summer shore weekend

We enjoyed our time at this property. The home was clean and quiet and very close to the beach. Quiet residential neighborhood within about a 15 minute drive to Cape May and a 25 minute drive to Wildwood. There is not much walkable from the home if that’s important to you.

We stayed here for my sons USCG bootcamp graduation. The house was perfect. Plenty of room. Comfy beds. I was happy they were stocked. We had stopped at walmart for toiletries but reallt there was no need. They had body wash (men and women),shampoo and conditioner diffrent kinds, plenty of toiled and blankets and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. I loved it. It was very homey.

Outdated and small property

The house is very dated and small. Kitchen is very old, bedrooms are small. Backyard is tiny and not nice looking.

Overall the house was a great stay

The listing during search stated 5 bedrooms but was only 4 bedrooms. Listing was corrected after purchase. Rooms was a great size, beds was comfortable. No I formation about laundry.Listing needs more pictures of the property Family had a great time. Do to the misunderstanding of the bedrooms there was rollaway beds. Couldnt find cooling system. It became stuffy when cooking.. we had to open door and Windows.Owner had Excellent communication with fast response. GREAT STAY. WOULD LIKE TO STAY IN SUMMER.

Hostile Host and Dirty Underwear

We booked a stay for my nephew's U.S. Coast Guard graduation, spanning ages from my 5-year-old son to my 78-year-old mother. Initial communication with the host was unfriendly. Immediately upon arrival, my 5y/o son found dirty underwear with a menstrual pad in the backyard. We reported it with photo, received an apology and a 50% credit. However, our stay included several issues: a moldy smell (a trigger for my sister’s asthma), clogged sinks, outdated furnishings, trouble operating living room tv, and personal family photos throughout the home. The worst part was the host's reaction when we offered honest feedback in a respectful way after our departure. He responded by accusing us of various “disrespectful” actions, including leaving the heat on in one room, not putting trash in the bins (which I couldn’t find and confirmed on his doorbell camera), and entering a private labeled storage area to retrieve a missing kitchen chair. with its railroad style was the best way to get the chair to the kitchen avoiding the narrow hallway on the other side of the house. He implied the underwear incident may have been fabricated, blamed me for missing dog poop in the yard, and told me to expect a 1-star review. He lied about never having this many issues w/guest. We later found listing on another platform and noted similarly hostile replies to other guests A LOT OF THEM. I don't recommend this host due to lack of guest satisfaction and his unprofessionalism and hostility toward guests.
