This charming 1,563 square-foot ranch-style home and additional guest sleeping area with mini split air (shed) are located in a desirable location in Uptown Sedona, with exceptional views of Wilson Mountain and Steamboat Rock and easy access to Sedona’s famous landmarks.

**Note: Jordan Townhomes project at 630 Jordan Road in Sedona, AZ, construction to be expected. Specific overall completion date for the entire project has not been announced. Construction is currently in progress, focusing on necessary utility work.

This well-loved home boasts recently updated interiors that display a warm balance of old-world charm and modern rustic. The living area features beautiful tile flooring, a large stone fireplace flanked by modern book shelving, and contemporary wall colors that all work beautifully together. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern kitchen amenities and appliances to make cooking for your crowd a breeze.

As the sun sets on another day in Sedona, a large native landscaped backyard and covered patio is a perfect place to relax, unwind and reconnect with a sizzling BBQ and sundowners under Sedona’s dark skies.

Wilson comfortably sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms. In addition to the two bedrooms in the main house, there is a detached guest sleeping area with an electric wall-mount heater. An ideal base for a couples’ retreat or family gathering in Sedona.

Please note: This property does not have Central Air, there is a Swamp Cooler, and 2 portable AC units (one for the outdoor sleeping area) + Ceiling Fan
***There is currently a construction project taking place across the street per a City project. Construction hours are between 7 am and 5 pm.***

Great landing spot for our Sedona vacation, located in uptown near the shops and restaurants. The house is cozy with a couple gas heaters (fireplace stove) to keep the house warm. There’s some construction happening across the street, can be noisy during the day but typically wraps up around 5pm. Otherwise a great spot. Looking forward to our next stay.

We so enjoyed our stay here, our first time in Sedona. Awesome location, we were close to restaurants and shops, and close to gorgeous hikes. Host was very communicative and helpful. The space was perfect for us, 4 adults and a toddler. The kitchen was very well stocked! We loved the way the main living room was set away from the bedrooms.

The house is lovely and the view is stunning. We were close to shops and took tours in Sedona and to the Grand Canyon.

The house is very old and smells very musty has a tripping hazard coming from the laundry room into the house, the pipes rattle and vibrate in the walls in the middle of the night. There is construction going on not more than 50 feet across the street and you hear machines and backup alarms early in the morning. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Great Time

This was our first time to Sedona and this location was perfect for us. It was centrally located, clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would book again for sure.

This house was as advertised. It was clean and well equipped. Our stay was cut short when my wife fell and damaged her knee. Thanks for a nice, short vacation.

Great Location and Wonderful Property

We spent about 11 nights at this property, and it was a great location; we used it as a base from which we explored many outlying areas (Grand Canyon, Cottonwood, Jerome, Montezuma Castle, Flagstaff, etc), as well as several local landmarks. The view from the home was extraordinary; we loved sitting at the large picture window and admiring the field and mountains directly in front of us. There are no buildings blocking this magnificent view. There were just the two of us; nevertheless, we appreciated the large family room where one could eat, watch TV, read, or just relax. But since it was winter, we also spent many of our evenings reading in front of the gas fireplace in the living room. (As an aside, I loved perusing the collection of books on the shelves - many from my generation. [Ludlum, Koontz, Follett, etc])We didn't use the 3rd bedroom which is a separate structure apart from the house, but renters should be aware that, while it is very cute and private, it has no bathroom. Thus, midnight trips to the bathroom will require a short walk across the outdoor patio into the house.The outdoor amenities and large yard with a semi-covered patio would be excellent for summer cookouts and relaxing. And if you like to walk, there are several options including sidewalks most of the way to town. Driving to town takes about 2 minutes, as it is about 1 mile or less.All in all... an excellent choice for us.

Well located and quiet

Our stay in Sedona was lovely and was made better by the property. Although it is a bit tired and dated in terms of decoration, it is very quiet, has a lovely view and back yard and is eminently walkable to the downtown. I want to note, however, that the third bedroom is separate from the rest of the house and has no dedicated bathroom, so our family member who occupied that room had to call someone inside to unlock the back/backyard door in order to get access / use the washroom.

Comfortable Stay with Beautiful Views

Our stay in Sedona was unforgettable, thanks to this wonderful vacation rental. The view from the front picture window was beautiful, providing a perfect backdrop to relax and unwind. The location couldn’t have been better—just a few blocks out of town, so we were close to all the attractions (including the famous jeep tours) while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet setting.The house itself is spacious and well-suited for couples, small families, or even a group of friends. With three bedrooms accommodating up to six people, it was both comfortable and practical. All the appliances worked flawlessly, and during our winter visit, we especially loved the hassle-free gas fireplace in the family room—it made the space feel so cozy!The check-in process was seamless, making our arrival stress-free. Overall, this rental offered everything we needed for a memorable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat while exploring the beauty of Sedona.

The view!

We rented this place based on the pictures of the front window. They did not disappoint! It was glorious watching the sun rise on the scenery. The beds were very comfortable! The place is a little dated, but extremely clean, well-appointed, and in a great location. We loved it here! Highly recommend!

Great location very private. Went to Grand Canyon, Winslow, (you know, “standing on the corner in Winslow Arizona) and the Meteor strike crater. Awesome visit. If you’re looking for the third bedroom it’s a Casita in the back yard, very comfy!

Perfect Getaway

We were in town for a wedding and stayed extra days to enjoy Sedna. The house is a perfect spot to access all of the natural wonders of the area and walking distance to Uptown! We especially loved the back yard and the excellent views from the front window of the house.

Perfect location

La locación exellente, salíamos caminando al uptown Sedona, despertar y por donde quiera veíamos una tarjeta postal por las hermosas views, la casa muy amplia, dos de mis hijos se quedaron en el cuarto que está separado de la casa, ellos encantados por la privacidad, la casa decorada estilo native American, la cocina chiquita y un poco outdated but it was ok, el primer día los toilets se taparon pero la comunicación fue buena y vinieron arreglar el problema pronto, me gustó que en la ventana de la entrada uno se podía sentar y solo admirar el paisaje, la family room muy amplia para estar en familia y fácilmente se podían quedar unas cuatro personas ahí. La locación excelente para ir hiking, ATV s, o al rio, el rio hermosísimo, hubiera dado 4.5 pero fue más lo bueno q lo malo que por eso doy 5 estrellas. Me hubiera encantado que tuviera jabón para lavar la ropa y una canastita de snacks de bienvenida.
